强涌水条件下碎裂岩体隧道快速施工技术

【摘要】:以在建雅康高速公路前碉3#隧道碎裂岩体强涌水条件下的隧道施工为背景,运用理论分析、数值仿真、现场验证等方法,在对碎裂岩体强涌水及其原因分析的基础上,进行了注浆加固效果仿真分析。进而确定了破碎岩体洞段堵水注浆方法,提出了破碎洞段堵水注浆和破碎洞段防排水施工工艺。实践表明,按照提出的方法及工艺能够明显减小隧道涌水量,具有较好的排水效果,可以保证碎裂岩体隧道正常施工和人员安全,取得了极大的经济效益和社会效益。
[Abstract]:Taking the tunnel construction under the condition of strong water gushing of fractured rock mass in the tunnel before Jianyakang Expressway as the background, using the methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field verification, and on the basis of the analysis of the strong water gushing of fractured rock mass and its causes, The effect of grouting reinforcement is simulated and analyzed. Furthermore, the water plugging and grouting method of broken rock mass is determined, and the construction technology of water plugging and grouting and waterproofing and drainage in broken rock is put forward. The practice shows that according to the proposed method and technology, the water inflow of the tunnel can be obviously reduced, the drainage effect is better, the normal construction and personnel safety of the broken rock tunnel can be guaranteed, and great economic and social benefits have been obtained.
