广元市虎跳大桥荷载检测试验研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济蓬勃发展,对桥梁工程的施工质量以及运营质量有了更高的要求。很多年以来我国不间断地出现了许多重大的桥梁安全事故,不仅造成了重大的经济损失和人员伤亡,而且在社会中造成了极其不好的影响。为了充分保障桥梁的安全运营,杜绝桥梁安全事故的发生,桥梁荷载检测在其中就发挥着日益重要的作用。桥梁荷载检测的出发点就是为了检验桥梁工程的设计质量,施工质量,并确定桥梁工程的可靠性是否满足相关要求,同时也便于我们更好地了解桥梁的受力性能,判断桥梁的实际承载能力,评价桥梁结构在当前设计荷载下的工作性能是否满足运营要求。论文以虎跳大桥为研究对象,对虎跳大桥梁板和桥墩的砼强度进行研究,根据实测的混凝土强度值来评定虎跳大桥的施工砼强度是否达到相应标准。基于静载试验和动载试验研究了4辆350KN载重汽车以偏载和中载的加载方式对虎跳大桥进行加载以及载重汽车以不同行驶速度对虎跳大桥进行跑车试验和跳车试验。基于不同加载方式和不同行驶速度下虎跳大桥试验截面应变值、挠度值和冲击系数值的变化,来评定虎跳大桥承载能力和工作状态。分析结果表明:①虎跳大桥梁板和桥墩的砼强度满足《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010-2010)的相关要求。②3个试验工况的应变和挠度校验系数都小于1.0,满足《公路桥梁承载能力检测评定规程》(JTG/T J21-2011)对校验系数的规定。A-A截面和B-B截面的应变校验系数值处于一个正常区间,而C-C截面的应变校验系数值则偏大。③随着车速的增加,虎跳大桥的冲击系数逐渐变大,有单调提高的趋势。
[Abstract]:With the booming development of our economy, the construction quality and operation quality of bridge engineering have higher requirements. For many years, there have been many major bridge safety accidents in our country, which not only caused great economic losses and casualties, but also caused extremely bad effects in the society. In order to ensure the safe operation of bridges and prevent the occurrence of bridge safety accidents, bridge load detection plays an increasingly important role. The starting point of bridge load detection is to test the design quality and construction quality of bridge engineering, and to determine whether the reliability of bridge engineering meets the relevant requirements, and at the same time, it is convenient for us to better understand the mechanical performance of bridges. Judging the actual bearing capacity of the bridge and evaluating whether the working performance of the bridge structure under the current design load meets the operational requirements. This paper takes the Huxiao Bridge as the research object, studies the concrete strength of the bridge slab and pier, and evaluates whether the construction concrete strength of the Hujiao Bridge reaches the corresponding standard according to the measured concrete strength value. Based on the static load test and dynamic load test, the paper studies the loading of four 350KN heavy vehicles to the Tiger jump bridge by the way of partial and medium load, and the sports car test and the jump test of the Tiger jump bridge with different driving speed. Based on the variation of the strain value, deflection value and impact coefficient value of the test section of the Tiger jump Bridge under different loading modes and different driving speeds, the bearing capacity and working state of the bridge are evaluated. The results show that: 1 the concrete strength of the bridge slabs and piers meets the requirements of the Design Code for concrete structures (GB 50010-2010). The strain and deflection check coefficients of 23 test conditions are less than 1.0. To meet the requirements of check coefficient in JTG/T J21-2011. The strain check coefficient values of A-A section and B-B section are in a normal range. However, the strain check coefficient of C-C section is larger. 3 with the increase of speed, the impact coefficient of Hujiao Bridge becomes larger and more monotonous.
