综合管廊暗挖施工对地铁隧道影响的数值分析

【摘要】:以北京市通州综合管廊上穿地铁6号线暗挖施工为工程背景,采用ABAQUS软件对暗挖施工过程进行有限元建模,分析管廊开挖过程对隧道结构及周边土体的影响。数值模拟结果表明:在开挖过程中,由于隧道上覆土体的移除,隧道周围土体应力释放,隧道中段受到两侧和底部不平衡的土体压力作用,发生向上的竖向位移;同时,由于施工开挖导致土体拱效应破坏,上覆土体自重施加在管廊顶部,导致管廊与两条隧道相交正上方的土体变形较大,管廊顶板处变形较大。
[Abstract]:Taking the tunneling construction of subway line 6 on Tongzhou comprehensive pipe corridor in Beijing as the engineering background, the finite element modeling of the tunneling construction process was carried out by using ABAQUS software, and the influence of the excavation process on the tunnel structure and surrounding soil was analyzed. The numerical simulation results show that during the excavation process, due to the removal of the overlying soil and the release of soil stress around the tunnel, the middle section of the tunnel is subjected to the unbalanced soil pressure on both sides and the bottom of the tunnel, resulting in the upward vertical displacement. At the same time, the soil arch effect is destroyed by construction excavation, and the overburden of soil is applied to the top of the pipe corridor, which results in the deformation of the soil directly above the pipe gallery and the two tunnels, and the deformation at the roof of the pipe corridor.
