港口腹地界定方法研究

【摘要】:港口作为对外经贸活动的枢纽,连接外部地域的纽带,在国民经济中占据了不可忽视的作用。港口的建设与发展不仅对沿海开放城市有着重要的影响,更关系到国民经济的兴衰与国家战略的实施。港口的发展不仅取决于港口的自身建设,更是与其腹地范围的大小、腹地经济的发展状况紧密相连。港口拥有广阔的腹地,腹地的货物通过港口进行运输中转,而腹地的综合实力强大,对外贸易活动频繁,就会相应地产生大量的运输需求量,促进港口吞吐量的增加、港口规模的扩大和服务水平的提高。因此,腹地对于港口来说至关重要,需要对港口的腹地范围进行界定,明确清晰的划分出港口的腹地范围,对港口进行准确的定位和科学的规划,使港口得到健康可持续的发展。在这样背景之下,本文对港口腹地的界定方法进行了研究,并将大连港作为实例分析的对象,对大连港的腹地进行划分,具体工作如下:首先对港口、腹地的基本概念作了简要的介绍,解释了“腹地”这一基本概念,按照不同的标准给腹地分类,分析了港口与腹地之间的关系和影响港口腹地范围的主要因素,指出我国港口划分存在的局限性;其次,梳理了现有的几种划分港口腹地的方法,分析各方法的优点与局限性,在此基础上,建立了本文的腹地划分模型,将断裂点模型与加权Voronoi图相结合,建立B-V模型,并且构建了关于港口中心强度的评价指标体系;然后以大连港为对象进行实例分析,通过B-V模型对大连港腹地按照散杂货和集装箱两种货类进行划分,并根据大连港腹地划分的结果,对大连港拓展腹地提出了建议与措施;最后,对本文的研究内容进行了分析和总结,指出了研究的不足,对今后的研究进行了展望。

Under this background, this paper has carried on the research to the port hinterland definition method, and takes Dalian Port as the example analysis object, carries on the division to the Dalian port hinterland, the concrete work is as follows: first, The basic concept of hinterland is briefly introduced, the basic concept of hinterland is explained, the hinterland is classified according to different standards, the relationship between port and hinterland and the main factors influencing the scope of hinterland are analyzed. The limitations of port division in China are pointed out. Secondly, combing several existing methods of dividing port hinterland, analyzing the advantages and limitations of each method, establishing the hinterland division model of this paper, combining fracture point model with weighted Voronoi diagram, establishing B-V model. And set up the evaluation index system of port center strength; Then taking Dalian Port as an example, the hinterland of Dalian Port is divided according to bulk cargo and container by B-V model, and according to the result of dividing hinterland of Dalian Port, Some suggestions and measures are put forward to expand the hinterland of Dalian Port. Finally, the research content of this paper is analyzed and summarized, the deficiency of the research is pointed out, and the future research is prospected.
