TBM隧道工程三维信息管理平台研发与应用

【摘要】:深长隧道是大型与特大型交通、矿山、水利工程建设的关键控制性工程,其建设安全制约着国家重大基础设施建设的安全和进度,特别是西部地区山高谷深,深长隧道难以采用多头并进的钻爆法施工,从工期、造价和技术三方面考虑,TBM工法将成为西部山区深长隧(巷)道施工的最佳选择和必然发展方向,而建立基于现代化、信息化技术的地下工程建设安全风险管理信息系统,是隧道及地下工程建设安全管理重要实施对策,TBM隧道工程三维信息系统则是地下工程建设安全风险管理信息系统研究与应用的重要组成部分。本文依托973项目课题“深部复合地层围岩与TBM的相互作用机理及安全控制”(2014CB046905),针对TBM信息化施工管理的技术需求,采用软件快速开发工具Delphi和三维图形可视化技术,通过研究开发隧道工程三维信息承载平台,并基于实际工程数据资料创建应用系统,旨在为TBM隧道工程安全修建提供一个应用研究平台并为实际工程信息化施工提供技术支持。本文取得的主要研究成果如下:(1)通过分析TBM隧道工程相关数据结构及内容,设计了包含工程概况、地质钻孔数据、监测项目信息以及TBM隧道支护结构等信息的数据库管理系统,实现了数据的录入、编辑、查询及输出等功能;(2)提出了基于3ds Max和GLScene的隧道三维地层与工程快速高效的无缝融合建模方法,即基于钻孔数据,利用GLScene首先创建基础三维地层,然后导入3ds Max进行地层划分、剖切、贴图与渲染等,最后再导入到GLScene中进行钻孔数据等新工程对象的创建与融合。(3)设计了隧道工程三维信息可视化系统功能框架,研制了包含三维地层模型与地质断面信息显示、三维场景实时渲染、交互漫游、三维对象拾取和信息查询统计等主要功能的隧道工程三维信息可视化系统,为工程应用的进一步研究提供了一个技术平台。(4)基于ABH调水工程的输水隧洞主体工程Ⅲ标段(TBM标段)的主要基础数据,利用研制的隧道三维信息可视化平台,给出了应用系统的快速创建方法,创建了TBM隧道工程三维信息管理应用系统。本文研究成果对于隧道及地下工程信息化技术应用研究以及工程信息化施工技术支持方面具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Deep and long tunnel is a key control project in the construction of large and super large traffic, mining and water conservancy projects. Its construction safety restricts the safety and progress of major national infrastructure construction, especially the deep mountains and valleys in the western region. It is difficult to use multiple drilling and blasting method in deep long tunnel construction. Considering the construction period, cost and technology, TBM construction method will become the best choice and inevitable development direction of deep long tunnel (lane) construction in western mountainous area, and the establishment is based on modernization. The safety risk management information system of underground engineering construction based on information technology is an important implementation countermeasure for tunnel and underground engineering construction safety management. TBM tunnel engineering 3D information system is an important part of underground engineering construction safety risk management information system research and application. Based on the project of 973 project "interaction mechanism and safety control of deep complex strata surrounding rock and TBM" (2014CB046905), aiming at the technical demand of TBM information construction management, this paper adopts the software rapid development tool Delphi and 3D graphic visualization technology. Through the research and development of the three-dimensional information bearing platform of tunnel engineering and the creation of application system based on the actual engineering data, the purpose of this paper is to provide an applied research platform for the safe construction of TBM tunnel project and provide technical support for the practical engineering information construction. The main research results obtained in this paper are as follows: (1) by analyzing the data structure and content of TBM tunnel engineering, the paper designs the data including the general situation of the project, geological borehole data, The database management system of monitoring project information and TBM tunnel support structure realizes the functions of data input, edit, query and output. (2) based on 3ds Max and GLScene, a rapid and efficient modeling method of seamless fusion of tunnel 3D strata and engineering is proposed. That is, based on borehole data, the basic 3D strata are first created by using GLScene, then the strata are divided and cut into 3ds Max. Finally, the mapping and rendering are introduced into GLScene to create and fuse the new engineering objects. (3) the functional framework of 3D information visualization system for tunnel engineering is designed. A 3D information visualization system for tunnel engineering is developed, which includes the main functions of 3D stratigraphic model and geological section information display, real-time rendering of 3D scene, interactive roaming, 3D object picking up and information query and statistics, etc. This paper provides a technical platform for further study of engineering application.
