东北地区某公路软土地基处理措施研究

【摘要】:在地基软弱段修建公路,由于路基本身承载力不足的原因会导致在修建过程以及后期使用过程中出现诸如沉降、变形等一系列情况,严重影响了道路的质量,不利于行车安全。为了保证阿里河至加格达奇一级公路的顺利建设以及保证道路的行车安全及顺畅,应采取具有针对性的措施对加阿公路段软土地基进行处理。通过对加阿公路段的工程状况进行介绍,并对项目所涉及的软土性质进行分析,且从含水量、土体渗透性、压缩性、抗剪强度、土体强度等几个方面对软土的工程特性进行研究,并对现场进行调查,对采取的土样进行室内试验分析,为后文选取合理的治理措施提供依据。为了选取合理的处理方式,从工程造价、施工工期、适用范围、承载能力等方面进行比选,结合加阿公路的软土地基情况,最终确定采用换填施工和冲击碾压相结合的方式。同时论文对加阿公路选取的处理措施进行详细论述,从施工工艺、施工注意事项以及质量保证措施等进行详细论述,得出确实可行的质量保证措施和控制要点,为实体工程提供技术支持。为了验证加阿公路软基处理措施的合理性,制定现场沉降观测方案,进行沉降测量,然后利用生长曲线法进行工后沉降预估,最后利用差异沉降控制标准对处理方案的效果进行评价,在此基础上评价软土路基处理方案的合理性。
[Abstract]:Due to the insufficient bearing capacity of roadbed, a series of conditions such as settlement and deformation will occur in the course of construction and later use, which will seriously affect the quality of the road, and is not conducive to the safety of the road, because of the insufficient bearing capacity of the roadbed in the weak section of the foundation. In order to ensure the smooth construction of the first class highway from Arihe to Gagdaci and the safety and smooth running of the road, some measures should be taken to deal with the soft soil foundation in the section of the Gaja highway. Through the introduction of the engineering situation of the Gagong section, and the analysis of the soft soil properties involved in the project, and from the water content, soil permeability, compressibility, shear strength, This paper studies the engineering characteristics of soft soil from soil strength and other aspects, and carries out field investigation, and carries out laboratory test and analysis of the soil samples taken, which provides the basis for selecting reasonable treatment measures later on. In order to select a reasonable treatment method, this paper compares and selects the engineering cost, construction duration, applicable range, bearing capacity and so on. Combining with the soft soil foundation condition of Gaal highway, the method of combining the replacement construction with impact rolling is finally determined. At the same time, the paper discusses the treatment measures of the highway selection in detail, from the construction technology, construction matters needing attention and quality assurance measures to obtain the feasible quality assurance measures and control points. Provide technical support for physical engineering. In order to verify the rationality of soft foundation treatment measures in Gaa-a highway, the site settlement observation scheme was established, and the settlement measurement was carried out, and then the settlement prediction after construction was carried out by the growth curve method. Finally, the effect of the treatment scheme is evaluated by using the differential settlement control standard, and the rationality of the treatment scheme of soft soil subgrade is evaluated on this basis.
