湿热地区旧水泥混凝土路面病害处治与沥青加铺层材料研究

【摘要】:为了研究湿热气候条件下,水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青面层的耐久性,以广西桂柳高速公路路面改造工程为依托,围绕湿热气候条件的旧水泥路面加铺沥青面层相关技术,在旧路评价与病害处治、加铺层结构及材料设计、施工工艺等方面开展了系统性的研究工作。通过实践总结和理论研究结合的方法,得出了下述主要研究成果和结论。(1)在旧水泥混凝土路面调查评价方法、实施方案和调查评价关键参数研究的基础上,建立了服务于加铺层设计的旧水泥路面调查评价体系;并采用聚类分析法建立了旧水泥路面病害处治决策矩阵;(2)提出了基于功能化的旧水泥路面加铺沥青面层结构优化设计方法并推荐了适用于不同工况的沥青加铺层结构;(3)针对桂柳高速公路的特点,对沥青加铺材料进行了优化设计,应用了性能均衡的应力吸收层AC10、更具适应性的改进型中下面层沥青混合料和优化后的表面层SMA13沥青混合料,取得了较好的实施效果;(4)进一步明确了旧水泥混凝土路面更换破碎板、板底脱空灌浆、路基灌浆、改性沥青粘层以及沥青加铺层施工中的关键工艺、工序、施工要求、质量控制要点,对于规范化施工和保证工程质量具有较好的指导意义。
[Abstract]:In order to study the durability of asphalt pavement overlay on cement concrete pavement under humid and hot climate, based on Guangxi Guiliu Expressway pavement reconstruction project, the related technology of overlaying asphalt surface of old cement pavement under humid and hot weather conditions was studied. Systematic research work has been carried out in the aspects of old road evaluation and disease treatment, overlay structure and material design, construction technology and so on. Through the combination of practice summary and theoretical research, the following main research results and conclusions are obtained. (1) on the basis of investigation and evaluation methods, implementation schemes and key parameters of investigation and evaluation of old cement concrete pavement, The investigation and evaluation system of old cement pavement is established, which serves for the design of overlay. The decision matrix of disease treatment of old cement pavement is established by cluster analysis. (2) the optimization design method of asphalt overlay structure based on function is put forward and the asphalt overlay structure suitable for different working conditions is recommended. (3) according to the characteristics of Gui-liu Expressway, the asphalt overlay material is optimized and the stress absorption layer (AC10,) with balanced performance is applied. The improved medium and lower layer asphalt mixture and the optimized surface layer SMA13 asphalt mixture, which are more adaptive, have achieved better implementation results. (4) the key technologies, working procedures, construction requirements and quality control points of the old cement concrete pavement in the construction of replacement broken slab, slab bottom void grouting, roadbed grouting, modified asphalt clay layer and asphalt overlay are further clarified. It has good guiding significance for standardized construction and guarantee of engineering quality.
