胶粉改性沥青的老化及再生

【摘要】:制备了胶粉改性沥青(CRMA)并在实验室中进行老化,并在老化后的CRMA中添加苯乙烯—丁二烯—苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)、橡胶油、胶粉进行再生。以SBS质量分数、橡胶油质量分数、胶粉质量分数以及再生温度作为四因素进行正交实验,并对结果进行极差和方差分析,探究各因素对再生CRMA性质的影响,并对其进行了优化。实验结果表明,各因素对再生CRMA性质影响程度大小依次为:温度、SBS质量分数、橡胶油质量分数、胶粉质量分数;优化结果为:SBS的质量分数为1%,橡胶油的质量分数为6%,胶粉的质量分数为7%,再生温度为200℃,在此方案下制备的再生CRMA各项性质符合中石化CRMA-Ⅲ类标准。
[Abstract]:Rubber powder modified asphalt (CRMA) was prepared and aged in laboratory. Styrene butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer (SBS), rubber oil was added to CRMA after aging and the rubber powder was regenerated. The orthogonal experiments were carried out with SBS mass fraction, rubber oil mass fraction, rubber powder mass fraction and regeneration temperature as four factors. The results were analyzed by range and variance, and the effects of each factor on the properties of regenerated CRMA were investigated and optimized. The experimental results show that the influence of various factors on the properties of regenerated CRMA is as follows: temperature, SBS mass fraction, rubber oil mass fraction, rubber powder mass fraction; The optimized results are as follows: the mass fraction of SBS is 1: 1, the mass fraction of rubber oil is 6, the mass fraction of rubber powder is 7, and the regeneration temperature is 200 鈩,
