混凝土桥梁拓宽加固利用研究

【摘要】:混凝土桥梁设计理论成熟、施工便捷且较为经济,上世纪我国建造的桥梁大部分都是该种桥型。但随着交通量的增长,许多道路有提级运营的需要,而已有的混凝土桥梁桥面宽度过窄、出现了较多病害,已不能满足使用需求;同时为响应国家建设“两型”社会的号召,对既有混凝土桥梁进行再利用的拓宽加固研究显得十分有意义。本文依托产学研经合作资金专项项目《旧路改造工程中既有桥涵拓宽加固利用研究》,提出一种旧桥利用拓宽进行加固的方法:纵横梁拓宽加固法,在加宽加固桥梁的同时较大幅度提升旧桥的桥梁承载力,使其满足提级运营的需求。本文提出纵横梁加固法的技术构想,并以空心板桥为例建立空间有限元拓宽加固模型,进行纵横梁拓宽加固桥梁的受力特性研究,重点针对拓宽加固时加固梁的合理刚度开展,通过计算对比确定纵横梁的合理刚度并提出合理刚度原则;利用MIDAS/Civil空间有限元软件对拓宽加固前后桥梁的荷载效应与全桥承载力进行计算和对比分析,验证了纵横梁拓宽加固方法的加固效果;结合纵横梁加固后桥梁的实际特点,对新增纵梁的横向分布系数计算方法进行研究,找到适用于计算其横向分布系数的方法,并在此基础上提出并验证一种纵梁受力的简化计算方法,可为以后的纵横梁体系受力计算提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The design theory of concrete bridges is mature, and the construction is convenient and economical. Most of the bridges built in China in the last century are of this type. However, with the increase of traffic volume, many roads need to be upgraded, and the existing concrete bridge deck width is too narrow, there are many diseases, which can not meet the needs of use; At the same time, in response to the call of the country to build a "two-type" society, it is of great significance to study the widening and strengthening of existing concrete bridges. Based on the special project of industry-university-research cooperation fund "study on the widening and strengthening of existing bridges and culverts in old road reconstruction projects", this paper puts forward a method for strengthening old bridges by widening and widening: widening and strengthening method of longitudinal and horizontal beams. While widening and strengthening the bridge, the bearing capacity of the old bridge is greatly enhanced to meet the needs of upgrading operation. In this paper, the technical conception of longitudinal and transverse beam strengthening method is put forward, and the spatial finite element widening and strengthening model of hollow slab bridge is established, and the mechanical characteristics of the bridge strengthened by widening and strengthening of longitudinal and horizontal beam are studied. The emphasis is on the reasonable stiffness of the strengthened beam when the beam is widened and strengthened. The reasonable stiffness of the longitudinal and transverse beams is determined by calculation and contrast and the principle of reasonable stiffness is put forward. The load effect of bridge before and after widening and strengthening and the bearing capacity of the whole bridge are calculated and compared by using MIDAS/Civil spatial finite element software, and the effect of widening and strengthening method of longitudinal and transverse beam is verified. Combined with the actual characteristics of the bridge strengthened with longitudinal and transverse beams, the calculation method of transverse distribution coefficient of the newly added longitudinal beam is studied, and the method suitable for calculating the transverse distribution coefficient of the new longitudinal beam is found. On this basis, a simplified calculation method of longitudinal beam force is proposed and verified, which can be used for reference in the future calculation of longitudinal and transverse beam system.
