基于模糊理论的公路混凝土耐久性评估
[Abstract]:Concrete has long been regarded as a durable material. However, the reality is that a large number of concrete structures have been damaged by durability degradation after being put into use for a period of time. Compared with the general buildings, the service environment of the highway is worse, and it also bears the effect of vehicle load. Under the coupling of various deterioration factors, many concrete structures, including highways, are destroyed in advance without reaching the design time. The damage caused by durability damage is huge, which makes people pay more attention to the durability of concrete structure. In this paper, the durability evaluation of highway concrete structure is studied, and a fuzzy evaluation method of highway concrete structure durability based on the whole life theory is put forward, which is verified by an engineering example. The main research is as follows: 1. The causes of durability deterioration of concrete structures under general conditions are analyzed. Combined with the technical characteristics of highway, the influence of deterioration factors on the durability of highway concrete is analyzed. 2. Some current evaluation methods are described. This paper mainly introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and introduces the steps and shortcomings of the method in durability evaluation. In view of the deficiency, this paper introduces the theory of whole life, divides the factors that affect the durability of concrete structure into two aspects: promotion and decline, and puts forward a fuzzy evaluation method of durability of concrete structure based on the theory of whole life. According to the factors of promotion and decline, the index system of durability evaluation of highway concrete structure is established, and the classification standard of evaluation index is determined by referring to the current norms and related research results. At the same time, in the division of factor weights, this paper uses the network analytic hierarchy process. 4. 4. According to the evaluation method determined in this paper, an actual project is evaluated and analyzed. The validity of the method is verified by comparing the calculation results with the actual situation. In this paper, a fuzzy evaluation system for durability of highway concrete structures based on the whole life theory is established, and the research on durability evaluation of concrete structures is further perfected and supplemented, which can provide a theoretical basis for the maintenance and reinforcement of concrete structures. Can also feedback information to design, construction and other departments, accumulated and summed up engineering experience. At the same time, the method can be used to evaluate the durability of other concrete structures.
