多锤头碎石化技术的应用研究

【摘要】:随着近年来国民经济快速发展,道路交通量日益增加,汽车轴载逐渐加重,路面的超年限使用和重载车辆的影响,导致水泥混凝土路面面临着严峻的考验,水泥混凝土路面的维修改造任务极其艰巨。本文从分析水泥混凝土路面的病害出发,论述了水泥路面的破损类型,分析了病害的原因以及维修(改造)方法,并重点对旧水泥混凝土路面脱空的检测与判别技术(FWD检测评价方法和雷达检测方法)进行了理论分析,通过FWD作用下水泥混凝土路面面板变形特性的数值分析和现场试验,提出了利用弯沉-荷载曲线斜率判定板底脱空的建议值以及碎石化技术的适用条件;通过水泥混凝土路面多锤头碎石化的工艺试验,确定了落锤高度、锤间距、质量控制等施工参数,并依托广西平百公路水泥路面改造工程,对碎石化效果进行了评价。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy in recent years, the traffic volume of the road is increasing day by day, the axle load of the vehicle is gradually aggravated, the use of the road surface over the years and the influence of the heavy-duty vehicles, which lead to the cement concrete pavement facing a severe test. The task of cement concrete pavement maintenance and reconstruction is extremely arduous. Based on the analysis of the disease of cement concrete pavement, this paper discusses the damage type of cement pavement, analyzes the cause of the disease and the method of maintenance (renovation). This paper also focuses on the theoretical analysis of the detection and discrimination technology (FWD detection and radar detection) of the voids in the old cement concrete pavement, and through the numerical analysis and field test of the deformation characteristics of the cement concrete pavement slab under the action of FWD. The suggested value of the slope of the deflection load curve to determine the void in the slab bottom and the applicable conditions of the gravel technology are put forward. Based on the technical test of multi-hammer crushed stone on cement concrete pavement, the construction parameters such as drop weight height, hammer spacing and quality control are determined. Based on the cement pavement reconstruction project of Pingbai highway in Guangxi, the crushed stone effect is evaluated.
