大兴区旧忠路3#标段项目进度控制研究

【摘要】:进度控制管理对工程项目的顺利实施非常重要,如果进度管理不当,很可能会导致资源的浪费,波及项目的成本与质量,甚至还会影响到项目的成败。对于项目进度管理而言,其主要目的在于找到哪些是会导致实际进度与基准进度产生偏差的因素,并在工程的实施过程中采取相应的措施,以使得这些影响因素得到有效管控,纠正它们所产生的不良影响。本文通过对大兴区旧忠路3#标段项目进行施工进度控制的实际应用研究,从分析影响项目进度的因素着手,运用PDCA进度控制原理,采用横道图、进度报告等方法,对大兴区旧忠路3#标段项目进行进度控制分析,并通过采用加强协调沟通、调整工序间逻辑关系、压缩某项工序持续时间、改变实施策略等进度控制方法,对大兴区旧忠路3#标段项目进行进度控制调整。在科学合理制定进度计划的基础上,对项目实际进度进行实时跟踪观测,及时查找进度滞后原因并采取针对性控制措施,通过这样一种环环相扣的控制管理方法,从整体上和各阶段达到对项目实际进度有效控制,上述这些做法对类似的市政道路建设进度控制问题或许有一定的比照意义。
[Abstract]:Schedule control management is very important to the smooth implementation of the project. If the schedule is not managed properly, it will probably lead to the waste of resources, and affect the cost and quality of the project, and even affect the success or failure of the project. For project schedule management, its main purpose is to find out which factors will lead to deviation between actual progress and benchmark progress, and to take appropriate measures in the implementation of the project, so that these factors can be effectively controlled. Correct their adverse effects. In this paper, through the practical application research on the construction schedule control of the Daxing district's Jiuzhong road, the factors that affect the project progress are analyzed, the principle of PDCA progress control is used, the horizontal road diagram, the progress report and so on are adopted. This paper analyzes the progress control of the Daxing district's Jiuzhong road segment project, and adopts some progress control methods, such as strengthening coordination and communication, adjusting the logical relationship between the processes, reducing the duration of a certain process, changing the implementation strategy, etc. To the Daxing District old-Zhong road section of the project schedule control adjustment. On the basis of making progress plan scientifically and reasonably, the actual progress of the project is tracked and observed in real time, the reason of lag of progress is found in time, and targeted control measures are taken. The actual progress of the project can be controlled effectively in the whole and in various stages, which may have some comparative significance to the similar municipal road construction progress control problem.
