珠三角集装箱支线运输双船型两阶段调度问题优化研究

【摘要】:在科技进步以及世界各国联系越来越紧密的同时,航运业也开始发展起来,并且在经济活动中占据越来越重要的地位。与此同时,集装箱运输行业与传统的船舶运输输相比,优势更大,也更加方便灵活,并且也随着世界贸易增长而飞速发展,并逐渐成熟起来。航运企业为了降低成本,获得规模效益,建造的船舶越来越大,而大型的集装箱船舶由于船舶体型大,吨位高,无法挂靠小型港口,而开始出现轴幅式集装箱运输模式。珠江三角洲位于我国发达的广东省内,经济腹地很大且人口密集,并且是我国珠江的入海口。此外,珠三角地区拥有庞大的运输团队,有超过350家公司在珠三角地区有船舶运输方面的业务。由于珠三角地区复杂的地理环境以及港口众多,有利于形成轴幅式的运输网络结构,随着集装箱轴幅式网络的发展,干线运输与支线运输开始区别开来。因为自然地理环境及市场等方面的原因,船公司在制定支线运输航线,以及船舶调度方案时遇到各种问题。由此看来,怎样帮船公司制定船舶调度计划,确定船舶运行路线,是船公司亟待处理的问题。本文首先对航运市场及背景进行介绍,然后论述了集装箱运输相关的理论,并且对珠江三角洲地区集装箱运输的优势和劣势进行了分析,并就船舶航速优化相关理论也进行了分析。紧接着建立了航速优化的模型,并且针对市场信息变化无常的情况,提出了在航速优化情况下的二阶段动态调度模型。通过对珠江三角洲地区29个港口的案例进行分析,可以证明本文建立的模型是合理的,能够帮助航运企业更加合理的进行船舶调度。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the close relationship between the countries of the world, the shipping industry has also begun to develop and occupy an increasingly important position in economic activities. At the same time, compared with the traditional shipping transportation, container transport industry has more advantages, more convenient and flexible, and with the rapid development of world trade, and gradually mature. In order to reduce the cost and obtain the benefit of scale, shipping enterprises build more and more large container ships. Because of the large size and high tonnage, large container ships can not be linked to small ports, so they begin to appear the axle container transport mode. The Pearl River Delta (PRD) is located in the developed Guangdong Province of China, with a large and densely populated hinterland, and it is the mouth of the Pearl River in China. In addition, the PRD has a large transportation team, with more than 350 companies operating in the PRD. Because of the complex geographical environment and numerous ports in the Pearl River Delta region, it is advantageous to form the axle-width transport network structure. With the development of the container axle-width network, the trunk line transportation and the branch line transportation begin to distinguish. Due to the natural geographical environment and market, the shipping company encountered various problems in drawing up the regional transportation route and ship scheduling plan. In view of this, how to help the shipping company to formulate the ship scheduling plan and determine the ship operation route is an urgent problem to be dealt with by the shipping company. This paper first introduces the shipping market and its background, then discusses the theory of container transportation, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of container transportation in the Pearl River Delta region. The related theories of ship speed optimization are also analyzed. Then, the model of speed optimization is established, and a two-stage dynamic scheduling model is proposed to deal with the volatility of market information. Through the analysis of 29 port cases in the Pearl River Delta region, it can be proved that the model established in this paper is reasonable and can help shipping enterprises to carry out ship scheduling more reasonably.
