碱侵蚀对玄武岩纤维沥青性能影响改善研究

【摘要】:为增强玄武岩纤维(BF)在沥青中的加筋及增强效果,采用1.0 mol/L及2.5 mol/L的Na OH溶液对BF进行表面处理,通过环境扫描电镜和红外光光谱试验对其表面细观形貌进行了细观观测,原样BF表面光滑,Na OH处理后的BF呈现明显的皮芯结构,且随着Na OH的浓度及处理时间的增加,BF的羟基含量越高;通过软化点、5℃延度、车辙因子及环境扫描电镜试验等,研究了玄武岩纤维沥青的高、低温性能及拉拔断口形貌,随着BF的侵蚀程度越大,玄武岩纤维沥青性能越好,且得到了Na OH对BF侵蚀的最佳处理时间和浓度分别为45 min、2.5 mol/L。
