沥青混合料动态蠕变性能与单轴贯入性能的研究

【摘要】:现行规范中检验沥青混合料的高温稳定性及抵抗变形的能力一般采用车辙试验或沥青混合料的动稳定度,但是试验结果与生产实际并没有很好地相关性,因此本文对不同类型的沥青混合料分别进行单轴贯入试验及动态蠕变试验,并通过动态蠕变试验和贯入试验的试验结果,研究这两个试验结果随温度变化的关系,并建立起两种试验之间的关系,以指导工程实际应用。研究采用SMA-13,AC-20,AC-25,ATB-25四种级配的沥青混合料,利用从成型的车辙板钻取芯样的方法成型试件,研究沥青混合料在15℃、20℃、30℃、40℃、50℃、60℃这六种温度下的性质。在试验开始之前,对原材料进行检验,同时控制芯样的空隙率在一定范围内,以确保试验的结果不会受试验过程以及试件本身的影响。本文研究了沥青混合料不同级配及不同温度的条件下抵抗变形能力的差异,建立了动态蠕变模量随温度变化的关系、抗剪强度随温度变化的关系、贯入模量随温度变化的关系,以及动态蠕变模量与抗剪强度、单轴贯入模量与动态蠕变模量在不同温度下的关系。由试验结果可以看出,沥青混合料动态蠕变模量、抗剪强度及贯入模量都是随着温度的变化呈幂函数变化的关系,且相关系数比较高。单轴贯入试验与动态蠕变试验具有很强的相关性,在研究沥青混合料抵抗变形以及高温抗剪切能力方面可以互相验证与代替,这为我们今后通过这两种试验方法研究沥青混合料相关性能提供了依据与方便。

In this paper, the uniaxial penetration test and dynamic creep test of different kinds of asphalt mixture are carried out, and the relationship between these two test results with temperature is studied through the test results of dynamic creep test and penetration test. The relationship between the two tests was established to guide the practical application of the project.
