钢花管注浆法在石太线路基沉降病害处治中的应用分析

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速增长,高速公路的建设也不断扩大。由于工程地质条件的复杂性,特别是山区高速公路病害的产生往往是不可避免的。在高速公路路基沉降病害治理中,注浆加固应用很广泛。目前,钢花管注浆加固的理论研究远落后于实践,其工作机理还未完全弄清楚。为了使钢花管注浆加固处理高速公路沉降病害技术得到更好的推广和应用,对其承载特性及加固机理进行更深入的研究分析是非常必要的。本论文以石太线路基病害处理(K219~K335)实体试验工程为研究对象,在分析填方路基病害产生原因的基础上,对钢花管注浆性状进行研究,提出合理的病害处理对策与方法。然后根据钢花管注浆加固的特点,分别进行了水平钢花管注浆和垂直钢花管注浆的设计计算。再通过实体试验工程,从理论和工程实践上探讨处理方法的设计、施工工艺参数。本文通过有限差分软件FLAC3D建立地质模型与钢花管注浆模型,对路基的应力变形规律和沉降变形规律进行分析和研究,计算与分析水平钢花管注浆与垂直钢花管注浆的变形沉降特征以及应力应变规律。模拟结果与实际观测的数据基本一致,从侧面证明了模拟结果的准确性。同时还通过路堤修筑层注浆渗透过程分析,通过位移矢量图可明显看出路堤的破坏趋势。研究结果表明钢花管注浆加固使路堤修筑层物理力学性质有明显提高,提高了路堤承载力,达到了治理路基病害的效果,保证公路的安全运营。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth of our country, the construction of highway is also expanding. Due to the complexity of engineering geological conditions, especially the occurrence of highway diseases in mountainous areas is inevitable. Grouting reinforcement is widely used in the treatment of highway subgrade settlement disease. At present, the theoretical study of steel pipe grouting is far behind practice, and its working mechanism has not been fully understood. In order to popularize and apply the technology of steel-flower pipe grouting to deal with highway subsidence disease, it is necessary to study and analyze its bearing characteristics and reinforcement mechanism. In this paper, based on the analysis of the causes of embankment disease, the grouting behavior of steel flower pipe is studied, and the reasonable treatment measures and methods are put forward based on the research on the solid test project of foundation disease treatment (K219~K335) of Shi-tai railway line. Then, according to the characteristics of steel flower pipe grouting, the design calculation of horizontal steel flower tube grouting and vertical steel flower pipe grouting is carried out. Then the design and construction parameters of the treatment method are discussed in theory and engineering practice through the solid test engineering. In this paper, the geological model and steel pipe grouting model are established by finite difference software FLAC3D, and the stress deformation and settlement deformation of subgrade are analyzed and studied. The deformation settlement characteristics and stress-strain law of horizontal steel pipe grouting and vertical steel pipe grouting are calculated and analyzed. The simulation results are basically consistent with the observed data, and the accuracy of the simulation results is proved from the side. At the same time, through the analysis of grouting infiltration process of embankment construction layer, the damage trend of embankment can be clearly seen by displacement vector diagram. The results show that the physical and mechanical properties of embankment construction layer are obviously improved by grouting with steel flower pipe, the bearing capacity of embankment is improved, the effect of subgrade disease treatment is achieved, and the safe operation of highway is ensured.
