单点信号控制交叉口相位相序优化模型研究

【摘要】:交叉口作为城市交通网络的关键节点,是实现车辆和行人在不同路段间连续运行的连接器。随着城市机动化出行率的不断提高,人们逐渐认识到对交叉口交通设计的重要性。信号相位方案设计作为信号交叉口交通设计的核心问题,虽然已有部分相关研究,但仍然有所欠缺,本文在已有研究的基础之上重点针对信号交叉口相位相序优化设计展开研究。本文从相位方案在信号控制中的重要性地位出发,论证其优化设计的必要性。通过对车辆在信号交叉口到达及离去特性图的分析,阐述信号方案中相位相序问题的本质内含,分析相位相序优化设计的基本原则及其影响因素,并在此基础之上提出相位方案设计流程;接着对不同相位中交通流的组合问题和聚类问题的相似性进行分析,将车辆在交叉口的到达和离去看作一个排队等待服务的过程并从中提取对象特征属性,建立基于聚类思想的相位组合优化模型,为相位优化及最佳相位数目的确定提供科学理论依据,相比传统直观的方法而言是一种精确、快捷实现相位组合优化的方法;然后通过分析相序方案中的时空二维特征,确定相序方案设计中的关键问题:相位次序优化问题和相位切换节点优化问题,分别建立基于损失时间最小的相位次序优化模型和基于相位通行强度的相位切换控制策略;最后,为验证模型及控制策略的有效性,设计了四种不同信号控制方案并在VISSIM软件中运行仿真。仿真结果表明,经过对原信号交叉口实施相位相序优化后,其通行能力基本维持不变,但整体延误却降低35%左右且各相位延误趋于均衡。
[Abstract]:As the key node of urban traffic network, intersection is the connector to realize the continuous operation of vehicles and pedestrians between different sections of road. With the increasing of urban motorized travel rate, people gradually realize the importance of traffic design at intersections. As the core problem of traffic design at signalized intersections, signal phase design has been studied in part, but it is still lacking. Based on the existing research, this paper focuses on the phase sequence optimization design of signalized intersections. Based on the importance of phase scheme in signal control, this paper demonstrates the necessity of its optimal design. Based on the analysis of the arrival and departure characteristic diagram of vehicles at signalized intersection, the essential content of phase sequence problem in signal scheme is expounded, and the basic principle of phase sequence optimization design and its influencing factors are analyzed. On the basis of this, the design flow of phase scheme is put forward. Then the similarity of traffic flow combination problem and clustering problem in different phases is analyzed. The arrival and departure of vehicles at intersection are regarded as a process of queuing and waiting for service and the characteristic attributes of objects are extracted from them. A phase combination optimization model based on clustering is established, which provides a scientific theoretical basis for phase optimization and the determination of the optimal number of phases. Compared with the traditional intuitive method, it is a precise and quick method to realize phase combination optimization. Then by analyzing the two dimensional characteristics of phase sequence scheme, the key problems in the design of phase sequence scheme are determined: phase sequence optimization problem and phase switching node optimization problem. The phase order optimization model based on minimum lost time and the phase switching control strategy based on phase passing intensity are established respectively. Finally, in order to verify the validity of the model and control strategy, four different signal control schemes are designed and simulated in VISSIM software. The simulation results show that after the phase sequence optimization of the original signalized intersection, the traffic capacity remains basically unchanged, but the overall delay is reduced by about 35% and each phase delay tends to equalize.
