高速公路改扩建交通组织关键技术研究及工程实现

【摘要】:我国早期修建的高速公路大多已不能满足现有的交通需求,对原有高速公路改扩建迫在眉睫。合理的交通组织是保证高速公路改扩建实施的关键。本文依托高速公路改扩建工程项目,对改扩建交通组织的关键技术进行研究。根据高速公路改扩建施工特点,分析施工区通行能力和服务水平,在二级公路服务水平的基础上,制定改扩建施工区服务水平的分级表;分析了改扩建交通组织方案的设计原则和设计思路,并对交通组织模式进行分析,重点研究了改扩建施工区长度和中央分隔带开口长度的设置原则和方法;引入区块链技术,保障改扩建交通组织方案的实施;结合昌樟高速公路改扩建工程项目,将研究成果运用于实际工程,研究了改扩建施工模式、施工区长度以及中央分隔带开口长度,并设计路基路面交通组织方案,采用左右幅分区并行施工的方式,分八个阶段完成改扩建工程,施工期间各阶段均可实现双向四车道保通;针对改扩建交通组织方案构建评价体系,分析评价指标,将路段饱和度、车速、平均密度以及延误时间作为评价指标,根据施工区服务水平的分级表,制定评价标准;利用Vissim仿真软件对交通组织方案进行分析,运用动态综合评价法对仿真结果进行评价。结果表明:改扩建施工第一阶段到第三阶段的路段服务水平处于三级服务水平上限;第四阶段至第七阶段的路段服务水平处于四级服务水平上限。所以,改扩建交通组织方案中每个施工阶段施工期间路段服务水平为四级以上,满足改扩建施工区最低服务水平为四级的要求。高速公路改扩建在现在以及未来交通基础设施建设中发挥重要作用。目前,昌樟高速改扩建工程已经建设完成,取得了良好的效果。本文的研究工作为改扩建交通组织提供了技术支持,对改扩建交通组织具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Most of the highway built in the early stage of our country can not meet the existing traffic demand, so it is urgent to rebuild and expand the original highway. Reasonable traffic organization is the key to ensure the implementation of highway reconstruction and expansion. Based on the reconstruction and expansion project of expressway, this paper studies the key technology of traffic organization of reconstruction and expansion. According to the construction characteristics of expressway reconstruction and expansion, the capacity and service level of the construction area are analyzed. On the basis of the service level of the secondary highway, the classification table of the service level of the reconstruction and extension construction area is drawn up. The design principles and ideas of traffic organization scheme are analyzed, and the traffic organization mode is analyzed. The setting principles and methods of the length of reconstruction and extension construction area and the opening length of central partition belt are mainly studied. Introducing block chain technology to ensure the implementation of the traffic organization plan for reconstruction and expansion; Combined with the Changshang expressway reconstruction and expansion project, the research results are applied to the actual project. The construction mode, the length of construction area and the opening length of the central partition belt are studied, and the traffic organization scheme of roadbed and pavement is designed. The reconstruction and expansion project can be completed in eight stages by parallel construction of the left and right sides. During the construction period, the two-way four-lane transmission can be achieved in each stage. According to the evaluation system of traffic organization scheme, the evaluation index is analyzed, and the evaluation criteria are established according to the classification table of service level in construction area, taking the saturation of road section, speed, average density and delay time as evaluation indexes. Vissim simulation software is used to analyze the traffic organization scheme and dynamic comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the simulation results. The results show that the service level of the section from the first stage to the third stage of the reconstruction and expansion construction is in the upper limit of the service level of the third stage, and the service level of the section from the fourth stage to the seventh stage is in the upper limit of the service level of Therefore, the service level of each construction stage in the traffic organization scheme is above level 4, which meets the requirement that the minimum service level of the reconstruction and expansion construction area is grade 4. Highway reconstruction and expansion plays an important role in the construction of transportation infrastructure now and in the future. At present, Changshang high-speed reconstruction and expansion project has been completed, and achieved good results. The research work in this paper provides technical support for the reconstruction and expansion of traffic organization, and it is of great significance to the reconstruction and expansion of traffic organization.
