基于北斗二代的港口航标监测系统应用研究

【摘要】:作为关键的港内设施之一,航标的正常工作对进出港船舶的安全、经济航行起着至关重要的作用。但是由于以往的航标监测方式较为陈旧和传统,难以达到不断繁荣的国内港口所要求的安全和高效管理目标。基于以上现状,在进入21世纪后,我国部分港口也对自动化的航标监测系统进行了探索和构建。系统大多使用的是"GSM+GPS"方式,具有传送速率高、造价低、无延时等优点。然而,美国的GPS系统的开放商用的信号存在较大误差,而且GSM信号也存在一定盲区的缺陷。而我国自主研发的北斗卫星定位系统不只能提供精准的对时、导航、定位等服务,还具有短信息通讯功能,不需要地面基站的即可建立通讯链路,保证航标能够无盲区地与信息处理中心之间进行信息传输,给港口航标的高效管理提供了新的方式。本论文利用信息采集、数据通讯及嵌入式软、硬件平台等技术,以北斗二代卫星系统为基础,设计了一种智能化的航标监测系统。论文详细介绍了基于北斗系统的航标监测系统的设计与实现。具体内容为:通过分析航标监测系统设计需求,选择合适的定位和通讯模块方案,介绍了本系统的综合设计;并设计和介绍了信息收集终端的硬件电路以及软件的方案,包括北斗定位通讯模块、电源模块、主要元件的选择以及航标信息采集与设置模块的设计方案。航标的智能化监测,是一个涉及多学科的工程,包括了软件编程、卫星导航、无线信息传送、数据库等多个模块的技术,所以本论文的研究是对港口航标智能化和数字化管理模式的一次积极探索。
[Abstract]:As one of the key facilities in the port, the normal operation of navigation beacon plays a vital role in the safety and economic navigation of the ship entering and leaving the port. However, it is difficult to achieve the safety and efficient management goals required by the booming domestic ports due to the outdated and traditional methods of navigation sign monitoring in the past. Based on the above situation, after entering the 21st century, some ports of our country have also explored and constructed the automatic navigation mark monitoring system. Most of the systems use "GSM GPS" mode, which has the advantages of high transmission rate, low cost and no delay. However, there is a large error in the open commercial signal of the GPS system in the United States, and the defect of the GSM signal also exists in some blind areas. However, the Beidou satellite positioning system, developed independently in China, not only provides precise timing, navigation, positioning and other services, but also has the function of short message communication, and can establish communication links without the need of ground base stations. The information transmission between the navigation mark and the information processing center is guaranteed, which provides a new way for the efficient management of the port navigation mark. Based on the second generation satellite system of Beidou, this paper designs an intelligent navigation beacon monitoring system based on the technology of information acquisition, data communication and embedded software and hardware platform. This paper introduces the design and implementation of navigation beacon monitoring system based on Beidou system in detail. The specific contents are as follows: by analyzing the design requirements of navigation beacon monitoring system, selecting the appropriate positioning and communication module scheme, the comprehensive design of the system is introduced. The hardware circuit and software scheme of the information collection terminal are designed and introduced, including Beidou positioning communication module, power supply module, the selection of main components and the design scheme of navigation beacon information collection and setting module. Intelligent monitoring of navigation signs is a multi-disciplinary project, including software programming, satellite navigation, wireless information transmission, database and other modules of the technology. Therefore, the research of this paper is an active exploration of the intelligent and digital management mode of port navigation signs.
