液态粉煤灰在唐津高速扩建工程中的应用

【摘要】:路基作为道路的基础工程,对道路的稳定性起着重要作用。在道路扩建工程中,时有因新旧路基间的不均匀沉降而带来的病害,严重影响行车的舒适性和道路稳定性。液态粉煤灰凭借其质量轻、价格低、施工便利、无需碾压、压缩性小、沉降小等优点,能够有效地解决路基稳定性、不均匀沉降等问题。本文结合唐津高速扩建工程,进行了以下分析研究:根据天津地区粉煤灰来源及本工程的实际情况,通过室内试验对液态粉煤灰的材料组成、原材料性能进行分析;采用正交试验法设计试验方案,确定了满足施工条件的路基填筑用液态粉煤灰最佳配合比;系统分析了液态粉煤灰混合料各原材料用量与流动度、收缩性、强度、抗压回弹模量、水稳定性等路用性能之间的关系;提出了液态粉煤灰路基填筑施工工艺;通过实体工程的监测数据和有限元模拟分析结果均充分说明液态粉煤灰路堤具有良好的稳定性。本文的研究结果,对液态粉煤灰在天津等软土地区的路基填筑工程中的推广应用提供了技术支撑,进一步促进粉煤灰大量回收利用,减少资源浪费。
[Abstract]:As the foundation of the road, the subgrade plays an important role in the stability of the road. In the road expansion project, there are diseases caused by the uneven settlement between the old and the new subgrade, which seriously affects the comfort and road stability of the driving. The liquid fly ash has the advantages of light weight, low price, convenient construction, no need of rolling, small compressibility, small settlement and the like, and can effectively solve the problems of roadbed stability, uneven settlement and the like. According to the source of fly ash in Tianjin area and the actual situation of the project, the material composition and raw material performance of the liquid fly ash are analyzed by indoor test according to the source of fly ash in Tianjin area and the actual situation of the project, and the test scheme is designed by using the orthogonal test method. The optimal mix ratio of the liquid fly ash for the subgrade filling is determined, and the relationship between the dosage and the fluidity, the shrinkage, the strength, the rebound modulus and the water stability of the mixture of the liquid fly ash is systematically analyzed. The construction technology of the liquid fly ash subgrade is put forward, and the results of the monitoring data and the finite element simulation analysis show that the liquid fly ash embankment has good stability. The results of this paper provide the technical support for the application and application of the liquid fly ash in the subgrade filling in the soft soil area such as Tianjin, and further promote the large amount of the fly ash to be recycled and reduce the waste of the resources.
