水性环氧乳化沥青性能及其微表处修复车辙效果评价

【摘要】:拟对水性环氧乳化沥青的路用性能及其微表处的抗车辙性能进行评价。通过粘结强度试验、拉伸试验以及储存稳定性试验对水性环氧乳化沥青的路用性能进行评价,并通过轮辙变形试验及车辙试验评价其微表处混合料的抗车辙性能。试验结果表明:水性环氧乳化沥青的性能随着环氧掺量的增加而提高,与普通改性乳化沥青相比,环氧掺量为20%时,25℃的粘结强度提高131%,45℃的粘结强度提高478%;拉伸强度提高6倍;断裂伸长率降低88%,微表处的动稳定度提高2.5倍,轮辙横向变形降低了75%。当水性环氧掺量超过30%时,经24 h静置后后会出现析出现象,最终确定水性环氧掺量不宜超过30%。
[Abstract]:The road performance and rut resistance of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt are evaluated. The pavement performance of water-borne epoxy emulsified asphalt was evaluated by bond strength test, tensile test and storage stability test, and the rut resistance of the micro-surface mixture was evaluated by rut deformation test and rutting test.
