城市区域慢行交通规划方法研究

【摘要】:近年来,以汽车为主的机动车的快速发展,出行环境日益恶劣,交通拥堵日益严峻。“以人为本,可持续发展”的高品质的慢行交通规划理念凸显的越来越重要。大部分的城市交通规划仅仅考虑汽车的通行,而忽略了慢行交通的发展,没有给慢行交通充分的发展空间。建设慢行交通系统是构建生态宜居城市不容忽视的组成部分,所以我们在发展快速交通的同时,也应注重规划建设慢行交通。本论文首先总结了国内外慢行交通发展历程以及研究现状,并分析影响步行和自行车交通的因素。以城市区域慢行交通规划方法为研究对象,对城市慢行交通规划的理论和技术方法进行了研究,分析出在交通规划方面,慢行交通需求预测扮演着越来越重要的作用。通过查阅大量的国内外文献资料,归纳总结了几种需求预测的方法(四阶段法,时间序列法,基于活动链的预测分析法)并对其适用范围进行了分析。在此基础上,提出了适合于城市区域慢行交通的研究方法—空间句法,并证明了空间句法用于区域慢行交通规划可行。对空间句法概念与原理进行了研究,分析与空间句法相关的慢行交通的特性,分析空间句法中适合石家庄区域慢行交通规划的方法—轴线分析法,进行区域慢行交通的形态分析变量的计算,建立分析变量与交通量的回归分析模型。考虑到希利尔提出的轴线图的绘制是依据西方城市的道路类型,西方城市的道路较窄,我国城市交通路网结构较复杂,用西方的路网情况来分析我国的城市慢行交通会有一定的局限性,与我国的路网不太相符。在此基础上,基于城市区域的道路宽度与慢行交通之间的影响关系,构建了基于道路宽度的慢行交通需求预测的理论预测模型。结合石家庄的地理位置以及交通情况,实例分析,对慢行交通需求方法进行验证。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of automobile-based motor vehicles, the travel environment is getting worse and worse, and the traffic jams are becoming more and more serious. "people-oriented, sustainable development" high-quality slow traffic planning concept highlights the growing importance. Most urban traffic planning only considers the traffic of cars, but neglects the development of slow traffic, and does not give sufficient space for the development of slow traffic. The construction of slow-moving traffic system is an important part of constructing eco-livable city, so we should pay attention to the planning and construction of slow-moving traffic while developing fast traffic. Firstly, this paper summarizes the development and research status of slow-moving traffic at home and abroad, and analyzes the factors that affect walking and bicycle traffic. Taking the urban slow traffic planning method as the research object, this paper studies the theory and technical methods of the urban slow traffic planning, and analyzes that the slow traffic demand forecasting plays an increasingly important role in the traffic planning. By consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature, several methods of demand forecasting (four-stage method, time series method, activity chain-based prediction analysis method) are summarized and analyzed. On this basis, the spatial syntax, which is suitable for the study of slow traffic in urban areas, is proposed, and the feasibility of applying spatial syntax to regional slow traffic planning is proved. This paper studies the concept and principle of spatial syntax, analyzes the characteristics of slow traffic related to spatial syntax, and analyzes the method of axis analysis, which is suitable for the planning of slow traffic in Shijiazhuang area in spatial syntax. The form analysis variables of regional slow traffic are calculated, and the regression analysis model between the analysis variables and the traffic volume is established. Considering that the drawing of axis diagram proposed by Hiller is based on the type of road in western cities, the roads in western cities are narrower, and the structure of urban traffic network in China is more complex, The analysis of urban slow traffic in China with the western road network has some limitations, which is not consistent with the road network in China. On this basis, based on the relationship between road width and slow traffic in urban area, a theoretical prediction model of slow traffic demand prediction based on road width is constructed. Combined with Shijiazhuang's geographical location and traffic situation, an example analysis is made to verify the slow-moving traffic demand method.
