寿光市永乐路改造工程项目质量管理研究

【摘要】：随着我国社会经济的发展,大量公路工程改造项目在社会经济发展中的地位越来越重要,而公路工程改造项目的质量直接关系到当地现阶段及以后经济发展的可持续性。寿光市随着近年的发展,永乐路已经难以满足当地通勤、运输等交通需要,因此本文以寿光市永乐路改造工程项目为案例,探究项目质量管理的计划及实施方案,保障项目质量。本文基于文献分析法在对项目质量管理相关理论分析的基础上,采用理论与实践相结合的方法,将定性分析与定量分析相结合,针对寿光市永乐路改造工程项目质量管理进行研究与分析,探究项目质量影响因素,制定项目质量管理计划,提出项目质量管理实施方案与保障措施,为寿光市永乐路改造项目质量管理提供一定借鉴。第一部分概述了本文的研究背景与研究意义及国内外研究现状,同时介绍了本文的基础理论知识；第二部分针对寿光市永乐路改造工程项目质量管理进行案例分析,在介绍工程概况及项目质量标准和要求的基础上分析工程项目质量的影响因素：编制寿光市永乐路改造工程项目质量计划,分析项目质量计划的目标及原则,确定项目质量计划的关键点；第三部分制定工程项目质量控制实施方案,主要分析了项目质量控制计划实施的总方案,同时根据项目运行的各个阶段制定项目质量控制执行的具体方案；第四部分针对工程项目质量控制实施方案制定项目质量保障措施。全文通过对寿光市永乐路改造工程项目质量管理、控制与实施研究,为同类公路工程项目提供一定借鉴的同时丰富我国公路工程项目质量控制的理论体系,实现本文研究的现实实践意义及理论借鉴意义。综上所述,施工企业为了在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,应该积极采取新的知识、理念和新技术、新工艺、新方法等,采用新的生产方式和质量模式,特别公路项目面临激烈竞争的时代,我国的施工企业需要及时了解并学习现代项目方法和国际项目的通用做法,才能提高项目水平和项目成功率,才能提高建筑工程的技术含量、附加值及市场竞争力,才能确保工程质量,促进我国的路政建设持续、健康发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy in our country, a large number of highway engineering reconstruction projects play a more and more important role in the social and economic development, and the quality of highway engineering transformation projects is directly related to the sustainability of local economic development at present and in the future. With the development of Shouguang City in recent years, Yongle Road has been difficult to meet the local traffic needs such as commuting, transportation and so on. Therefore, this paper takes the Yongle Road Reconstruction Project of Shouguang City as an example to explore the plan and implementation scheme of project quality management. Guarantee the quality of the project. Based on literature analysis, this paper combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis by combining theory with practice on the basis of theoretical analysis of project quality management. This paper studies and analyzes the project quality management of Yongle Road Reconstruction Project in Shouguang City, probes into the influencing factors of the project quality, formulates the project quality management plan, and puts forward the implementation scheme and guarantee measures of the project quality management. Determine the key points of the project quality plan; The third part of the project quality control implementation plan, the main analysis of the project quality control plan implementation of the general plan, at the same time according to each stage of the project operation of the project quality control implementation of the specific plan; The fourth part of the project quality control for the implementation of the project quality assurance measures. Through the research on the quality management, control and implementation of Yongle Road Reconstruction Project in Shouguang City, this paper provides some reference for similar highway engineering projects and enriches the theoretical system of quality control of highway engineering projects in China. To realize the practical significance of this study and theoretical reference significance.
