大型钢围堰的施工安全监测控制

【摘要】:通过查阅大量文献资料,本文对深水桥梁基础施工的发展和国内外现状做了综合的论述,并列举了一些的实例,对深水桥梁基础施工的形式做了介绍,特别是对单壁钢板桩围堰施工的安全监控做了详细的论述。论文以唐津高速海河大桥扩建项目为工程背景,对单壁钢套箱围堰的理论设计、结构计算、受力分析及安全监测等进行了较为系统的分析、研究。同时,结合该桥实例,对钢围堰安全监测的一般方法进行了详细的论述。本文主要是对钢围堰安全监测的方法进行研究并做了详细介绍。此类安全监控既保证了施工安全,又节省这方面的投资。通过建设单位的验收,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。工程实践证明,本文所提出的单壁钢围堰的安全监测方法在施工中是合理的、可行的,同时还具有动态监控功能。本文的研究成果对以后类似工程的施工的安全监测有一定的借鉴和指导的作用。
[Abstract]:By consulting a large number of documents, this paper makes a comprehensive discussion on the development of deep-water bridge foundation construction and the present situation at home and abroad, and enumerates some examples, and introduces the form of deep-water bridge foundation construction. In particular, the safety monitoring of single-walled steel sheet pile cofferdam construction is discussed in detail. In this paper, the theoretical design, structural calculation, stress analysis and safety monitoring of the single-walled steel box cofferdam are systematically analyzed and studied on the background of the extension project of the Haihe Bridge of Tang-Jin High-speed Railway. At the same time, the general method of safety monitoring of steel cofferdam is discussed in detail based on the example of the bridge. In this paper, the method of safety monitoring of steel cofferdam is studied and introduced in detail. This kind of safety monitoring not only ensures construction safety, but also saves investment in this area. Through the acceptance of construction units, good social and economic benefits have been achieved. The engineering practice proves that the safety monitoring method of single-wall steel cofferdam proposed in this paper is reasonable and feasible in construction and has the function of dynamic monitoring at the same time. The research results of this paper can be used for reference and guidance to the safety monitoring of similar projects in the future.
