港口疏浚施工方案优化设计研究

【摘要】:港口疏浚工程是沿海港口、码头、航道等基础建设和日常维护的主要手段,是船舶在海上和内河通航的重要保障措施。港口疏浚工程的实施涉及诸多方面。疏浚工程的实施将改变工程区域的地形、水流及水质条件;疏浚工程设备的油品溢漏会影响水环境,疏浚工程设备产生的气味、噪音会影响社会环境,疏浚工程挖取的海底泥砂的处理方式不当也会带来二次污染。因此,在实施港口疏浚工程之前,制定合理而周密的疏浚施工方案非常必要。本文针对港口疏浚工程施工方案的设计及优化展开研究,论述了港口疏浚设备的方案选择、港口疏浚土的处理、疏浚对环境的影响评估和处置以及港口疏浚施工方案的设计,结合吉赞港疏浚工程的具体方案进行了分析及优化。主要的工作和成果如下:(1)分析了选择港口疏浚设备需要考虑的因素,阐述了疏浚设备的工作方式和适用条件,提出了港口疏浚设备方案的设计方法。(2)讨论了港口疏浚泥土处理方式之海洋倾倒和吹填综合利用的优缺点,分析了抛泥区和吹填区吹填区选择应考虑的因素,给出了港口疏浚泥土吹填处理方案的优化设计方法。(3)讨论了港口疏浚对环境的影响,包括港口疏浚不同阶段对海洋水质、海洋生态环境、大气环境以及陆域环境的影响,在此基础上,提出了港口疏浚过程中环境保护方案的优化设计方法。(4)阐述了港口疏浚工程施工方案设计的前期准备、工程布置以及设备配置方法,提出了港口疏浚工程的进点试挖优化设计方案,探讨了施工过程中方案的适时优化方法。(5)以沙特阿拉伯的吉赞港疏浚为工程实例,介绍了吉赞港疏浚工程概况、工程施工总平面图和工程量,详细阐述了施工设备的选择和配套方案、附属设施设计方案、施工总体方案及施工方法工艺,给出了吉赞港进点试挖优化方案、吹填区施工方案和环境保护方案。
[Abstract]:The port dredging project is the main means of basic construction and daily maintenance of coastal ports, wharves, waterways and so on. It is also an important safeguard measure for the navigation of ships at sea and inland rivers. The implementation of port dredging project involves many aspects. The implementation of dredging project will change the topography, water flow and water quality conditions of the project area; The oil spilled from dredging engineering equipment will affect the water environment, the odour produced by dredging engineering equipment and the noise will affect the social environment. The improper treatment of seabed mud sand from dredging project will also lead to secondary pollution. Therefore, before the port dredging project is implemented, it is necessary to make a reasonable and careful dredging construction plan. According to the design and optimization of port dredging project construction scheme, this paper discusses the selection of port dredging equipment, the treatment of port dredged soil, the assessment and disposal of dredging impact on environment and the design of port dredging construction scheme. Based on the analysis and optimization of the dredging project of Jizan Port, this paper analyzes and optimizes the dredging project. The main work and achievements are as follows: (1) the factors that need to be considered to select port dredging equipment are analyzed, and the working mode and applicable conditions of dredging equipment are expounded. The design method of port dredging equipment is put forward. (2) the advantages and disadvantages of ocean dumping and dredging comprehensive utilization of dredging soil treatment method are discussed, and the factors that should be considered in the selection of dredging area and landfill area are analyzed. (3) the influence of port dredging on the environment is discussed, including the effects of different stages of dredging on the marine water quality, marine ecological environment, atmospheric environment and land environment, and the effects of the dredging stage on the marine water quality, the marine ecological environment, the atmospheric environment and the land environment are discussed. On the basis of this, the optimization design method of environmental protection scheme in the process of port dredging is put forward. (4) the preliminary preparation, engineering arrangement and equipment configuration method of port dredging project construction scheme design are expounded. The optimum design scheme of port dredging project is put forward, and the timely optimization method is discussed. (5) taking the dredging project of Jizan port in Saudi Arabia as an example, the general situation of dredging project in Jizan port is introduced. The general plan and quantity of engineering construction are described in detail. The selection of construction equipment and the supporting scheme, the design scheme of subsidiary facilities, the overall construction scheme and the construction method and technology are described in detail, and the optimum scheme of trial excavation in Jizan Port is given. Landfill construction scheme and environmental protection plan.
