新大成隧道基底脱空病害区动力特性分析及注浆加固研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国铁路发展日新月异,铁路隧道随之增多,现有铁路隧道病害也日益凸显,其中隧道基底病害是隧道病害中较为常见病害之一。隧道基底病害严重时将对行车安全造成严重影响。目前针对隧道基底病害现象开展系统分析的文献尚少,本文以新大成铁路隧道为依托,对该隧道基底存在的病害问题进行了深入调查与分析,主要内容如下:(1)以地质雷达和钻探为手段对新大成隧道基底病害进行了调查,探究了病害形式、分布段落以及病害成因。其中基底脱空病害相对严重,且多分布于Ⅲ级围岩段。(2)用精密水准仪对道心处路基表面和内轨顶面进行了沉降变形观测,进一步确定了病害分布区域及基底沉降程度。(3)在新大成隧道内分隔标为分+1350、分+1965、分+1970、分+2000、分+2530的这五个特征断面处钻孔埋设压力盒和应变片,进行了现场测试,分析了动应力及动应变在隧道基底不同位置处的分布规律。(4)借助MATLAB软件进行编程,对现场动力测试采集的应力、应变数据进行频谱分析,获得了频域分布规律,信号组成,得出了隧道基底敏感频率。(5)利用新大成隧道基底钻孔取芯材料进行了室内试验,获得相关参数,为数值模拟奠定了基础。根据之前调查得到的隧道基底脱空病害分布规律,通过Midas/GTS有限元软件分别模拟了正常状态和单侧、双侧、中间脱空等不同工况条件下新大成隧道,然后对不同工况下隧道基底应力分布规律作出分析。(6)针对新大成隧道基底存在的不同脱空情况,结合常用注浆方案,对隧道基底脱空病害区进行了注浆加固模拟,对注浆参数进行了优选,对注浆工艺提出了合理建议。
