盾构衬砌管片接头力学性能的研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,在许多人口密集地区土地资源变得尤其紧张,地下空间的开发便成为了一个有效缓解城市压力的方法。作为开发地下空间的重要方法之一,盾构法作为一种安全高效的施工技术正逐渐被推广并在越来越多的情况下应用。目前我国还没有较为成熟的盾构衬砌设计规范,这使得我国在盾构砌结构设计上具有很大的盲目性和不确定性。在影响衬砌设计的因素中,盾构管片接头部分对整个结构的受力影响是不容忽视的。本文通过较为成熟的计算分析以及有限元法研究对比分析了地铁隧道盾构衬砌在不同条件下衬管片头部分的应力和应变情况,对不同条件下管片接头的力学性能进行了研究。首先本文介绍了研究背景以及盾构法在目前国内外的发展情况,并简单叙述了盾构法的施工情况和优缺点,介绍了国内外对管片接头部分的研究情况和应用情况。之后介绍了盾构衬砌以及衬砌接头的形式和种类,分析了不同类型的优点和缺点,并对此进行了分类和比较,选取了建立模型的数值。在具体分析中本文首先借助较为成熟的计算方法推导影响衬砌受力的一些基础数值,并对这些数值进行了分析,以判断这些数值对整个衬砌的受力影响情况。之后本文借助于有限元软件对管片接头部分的受力情况进行模拟分析,分别从管片接头的类型不同、螺栓的预紧应力、不同偏心距的存在等无法通过成熟计算公式推导出来的因素进行模拟对比,对整个接头受力情况的变化进行了较详细的分析,得出了接头在不同条件下受力情况的差异,并将这些因素归纳到一起进行一个系统的总结,用以分析判断这些条件都会影响衬砌的哪些受力特性。在最后文章对所得到的的结论进行了概括总结,对管片接头部分对衬砌接头性能的影响因素进行的总结分析,对不同管片接头形式在性能上的差异进行了对比分析,并对模拟的不足以及未来的展望进行了叙述。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, land resources have become especially tense in many densely populated areas, and the development of underground space has become an effective way to relieve the pressure of the city. As one of the important methods to develop underground space, shield method, as a safe and efficient construction technology, is gradually being popularized and applied in more and more cases. At present, there is no mature design code for shield lining in our country, which makes the design of shield structure have great blindness and uncertainty. Among the factors affecting lining design, the influence of shield segment joint on the whole structure can not be ignored. In this paper, the stress and strain of shield lining of subway tunnel under different conditions are analyzed by means of mature calculation and finite element method, and the mechanical properties of segment joints under different conditions are studied. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and the development of shield method at home and abroad, and briefly describes the construction situation, advantages and disadvantages of shield method, and introduces the research and application of segment joint at home and abroad. Then the forms and types of shield lining and lining joints are introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of different types are analyzed, and the classification and comparison are made, and the numerical value of establishing the model is selected. In order to judge the influence of these values on the stress of the whole lining, some basic values which affect the stress of the lining are deduced by means of the mature calculation method in the concrete analysis in this paper, and these values are analyzed in order to judge the influence of these values on the stress of the whole lining. In this paper, the finite element software is used to simulate and analyze the stress of the segment joint, respectively from the different type of segment joint, the pre-tensioning stress of the bolt. Some factors, such as the existence of different eccentricity, which can not be deduced by mature calculation formula, are simulated and compared, and the variation of the whole joint stress is analyzed in detail, and the difference of the stress condition of the joint under different conditions is obtained. These factors are summed up in a systematic way to analyze and judge which mechanical characteristics of the lining are affected by these conditions. At the end of the paper, the conclusion obtained is summarized and summarized, the influence factors of segment joint on lining joint performance are summarized and analyzed, and the differences in performance of different segment joint forms are compared and analyzed, and the influence factors of segment joint on the performance of lining joint are summarized and analyzed.
