芳烃油缓释微胶囊的制备及缓释性能研究

【摘要】:以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为壁材,利用溶剂挥发法制备芳烃油缓释微胶囊。考察了工艺参数对微胶囊粒径大小和表面形貌的影响。结果表明,选择明胶-十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)作为复合表面活性剂,芯壁材质量比为1∶1,剪切速率为700 r/min时,所制备微胶囊大小均匀,平均粒径在60μm左右,表面光滑,包覆较好。通过热挥发失重实验研究了微胶囊的缓释性能。结果表明,205℃加热4 h,芳烃油微胶囊挥发率只有31.8%,远低于芳烃油的挥发率58.4%。表明微胶囊能够明显减缓芳烃油释放速率,为芳烃油缓释微胶囊在沥青中的应用提供可行性。
[Abstract]:Aromatic oil sustained-release microcapsules were prepared by solvent evaporation using poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) as wall material. The effects of technological parameters on the particle size and surface morphology of microcapsules were investigated. The results showed that when gelatin-sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was selected as the composite surfactant, the core-wall material mass ratio was 1 渭 1, the shear rate was 700 r/min, the size of the microcapsules was uniform, the average diameter of the microcapsules was about 60 渭 m, and the surface of the microcapsules was smooth.
