先简支后连续梁桥若干关键技术研究

【摘要】:随着科学技术日新月异的发展,我国对基础设施的建设越来越重视,公路桥梁等交通轨道的建设越来越多。由于其施工简便、受力合理、经济成本较低和驾驶舒适等多方面的原因,预应力简支梁桥在我国基础设施建设中取得了飞速的发展,成为了最常见的桥型。其预应力的施工在整个桥梁施工中起着至关重要的作用,而预应力筋的张拉又是施工中的关键工序,合理的张拉顺序对成桥的受理起着至关重要的作用。本文依托国家重点工程长深高速公金宝屯至查日苏段高速公路中的东五家大桥,根据施工方案给出的张拉顺序,和现场张拉的数据,利用有限元法进行分析,研究支承方式、纵向连接顺序、预应力张拉顺序等对施工过程中内力和变形的影响,所获得的计算结果对今后类似工程的施工具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, more and more attention has been paid to the construction of infrastructure and the construction of highway and bridge. Because of its simple construction, reasonable force, low economic cost and comfortable driving, the prestressed simply supported beam bridge has made rapid development in the infrastructure construction of our country, and has become the most common bridge type. The pre-stress construction plays an important role in the whole bridge construction, and the tension of the pre-stress tendons is the key procedure in the construction, and the reasonable tension sequence plays an important role in the acceptance of the bridge. In this paper, based on the Dongwu Bridge in the long-Shenzhen High-speed Highway from Jinbaotun to Charisu Section of the State key Project, according to the tensioning sequence given by the construction scheme, and the data of the site tensioning, the finite element method is used to analyze and study the supporting mode. The influence of longitudinal connection sequence and prestressing tension sequence on the internal force and deformation in the construction process is of great significance to the construction of similar projects in the future.
