智能立体停车位液压控制系统分析

【摘要】:发展智能立体停车位是解决城市停车难问题的重要途径。由于液压控制系统能够满足对立体停车位的速度和位置控制的精确控制,所以根据智能立体停车位在实际过程中的运动特性,设计出智能立体停车位行走、回转和升降调速液压控制系统。升降调速系统是智能立体停车位最重要的系统,为此建立了升降调速系统的数学模型。首先,基于MATLAB/Simulink对升降调速系统的动态特性进行仿真分析,然后对实验样机的升降调速系统进行测试和验证。测试结果表明,智能立体停车位的液压系统回路设计合理,且满足了对智能立体停车位速度和位置控制精确的要求,为进一步研究智能立体停车位液压控制系统提供理论依据和参考价值。
[Abstract]:The development of intelligent three-dimensional parking spaces is an important way to solve the problem of urban parking difficulties. Because the hydraulic control system can meet the precise control of the speed and position control of the three-dimensional parking space, according to the motion characteristics of the intelligent three-dimensional parking space in the actual process, the intelligent three-dimensional parking space walking is designed. Hydraulic control system for rotary and elevating speed regulation. The raising and adjusting speed system is the most important system of intelligent three-dimensional parking space, so the mathematical model of the raising and adjusting speed system is established. Firstly, the dynamic characteristics of the elevator speed regulation system are simulated and analyzed based on MATLAB/Simulink, and then the test and verification of the lifting speed regulation system of the experimental prototype is carried out. The test results show that the hydraulic circuit design of intelligent three-dimensional parking space is reasonable, and it meets the requirement of precise speed and position control of intelligent three-dimensional parking space. It provides theoretical basis and reference value for further study of intelligent three-dimensional parking space hydraulic control system.
