再生沥青冷补料的性能研究及应用

【摘要】:坑槽是我国沥青路面的主要病害之一,对路面坑槽进行修补的方法主要有两种:热补法和冷补法。冷补法相对于热补法而言,具有绿色环保,施工快速,修补质量高,便利交通,可以储存,可以在低温和雨天的环境下对路面坑槽进行修补的优点,能对路面产生的坑槽进行及时的,高质量的修补被广泛的使用。路面再生技术作为一种沥青路面修复技术,能充分利用原路面铣刨下来的废旧沥青混合料,对旧料中的沥青进行了一定程度的再生,经过再生的废旧沥青混合料用于路面的修复之后,路面的抗车辙能力有显著的提高,减少了原材料的用量,节约了经济。本文对如何将废旧沥青混合料应用到冷补法中这一课题展开了研究,即再生冷补沥青混合料的研究与应用。在对比了一般的冷补沥青混合料实验室制备流程和一般的热再生沥青混合料实验室制备流程之后,设计出了再生冷补沥青混合料的实验室拌和流程,该流程将热再生技术和冷补技术很好的结合在一起,对旧料中的沥青进行了再生,节约了原材料,达到了使用要求。同时对冷补液的配置流程;基质沥青、隔离剂、冷补添加剂的添加比例进行了研究,并对配置出来的冷补液做了黏度的检测,结果证明配置出的冷补液符合使用要求。在再生冷补沥青混合料的配合比设计方面提出了新的方法:确定最佳沥青用量时采用的是经验公式加上纸迹试验的方法,而没有使用传统的马歇尔试验方法;在综合了国内外的冷补料评价方法之后建立了再生冷补沥青混合料的评价体系,包括冷补料的黏聚性,黏附性,初始稳定度,成型稳定度,理想稳定度,水稳定性(浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验),储存性以及和易性的评价,确定了各个性能的试验方法和评价指标,以一般冷补料拌和流程制备出的冷补料作为对照组,取了两种类型的冷补沥青混合料进行了各项试验,试验结果证明两种类型的冷补料各项性能满足要求。对再生冷补沥青混合料的生产、储存和施工三方面进行了说明,提出了生产、储存和施工的应用方法和注意事项。
[Abstract]:Potholes are one of the main diseases of asphalt pavement in our country. There are two main methods to repair pavement potholes: hot repair method and cold repair method. Compared with the thermal compensation method, the cold repair method has the advantages of green environmental protection, fast construction, high repair quality, convenient traffic, can be stored, and can repair the pavement potholes in low temperature and rainy days. The potholes produced by the road surface can be repaired in time and with high quality and are widely used. Pavement regeneration technology, as a kind of asphalt pavement repair technology, can make full use of the waste asphalt mixture milled and planed from the original pavement, and regenerate the asphalt in the old material to a certain extent. After the recycled waste asphalt mixture is used in pavement repair, the rut resistance of pavement is significantly improved, the amount of raw materials is reduced, and the economy is saved. In this paper, how to apply waste asphalt mixture to cold filling method is studied, that is, the research and application of recycled cold fill asphalt mixture. After comparing the general laboratory preparation process of cold fill asphalt mixture with the general laboratory preparation process of hot recycled asphalt mixture, the laboratory mixing process of recycled cold fill asphalt mixture is designed. The process combines thermal regeneration technology with cold compensation technology, regenerates the asphalt in the old material, saves raw materials and meets the requirements of use. At the same time, the configuration flow of cold rehydration fluid, the proportion of matrix asphalt, isolator and cold supplement additive were studied, and the viscosity of the cold rehydration liquid was tested. The results show that the cold rehydration liquid meets the requirements of application. In the aspect of mix proportion design of recycled cold fill asphalt mixture, a new method is put forward: the empirical formula plus paper test method is used to determine the optimum asphalt content, but the traditional Marshall test method is not used; After synthesizing the evaluation methods of cold filling at home and abroad, the evaluation system of recycled cold fill asphalt mixture is established, including the cohesion, adhesion, initial stability, molding stability and ideal stability of cold fill asphalt mixture. The water stability (immersion Marshal test and freeze-thaw split test), storage and ease of evaluation were evaluated, and the test methods and evaluation indexes of each performance were determined, and the cold supplement prepared by the general cold feed mixing process was used as the control group. Two types of cold fill asphalt mixture are tested, and the test results show that the properties of the two types of cold fill asphalt mixture meet the requirements. The production, storage and construction of recycled cold fill asphalt mixture are explained, and the application methods and matters needing attention in production, storage and construction are put forward.
