基于DSP的门机作业记录仪的研究与设计

【摘要】:港口国际化的发展,使得散货码头的运输量大幅度增大。港口作为中心枢纽,在货物运输中发挥着重要的作用。门座式起重机是目前我国港口使用最多的装卸机械,给港口的运输生产带来了高效、灵活、方便、快捷的同时,其作业的管理方式却存在着很多需要改进的地方。因此,研究并设计一种适合我国门座式起重机作业数据管理的仪器设备,具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文在分析了国内外对于门机监控管理系统的研究现状以及所存在的问题的基础上,结合散货码头的机械管理方法,综合运用了嵌入式技术,设计了一种基于DSP的门机作业记录装置。该门机作业记录装置主要是以DSP TMS320F28335为核心处理器,主要包含最小系统模块、信号采集和处理模块、外设模块。具体的研究内容如下:1)系统总体方案的设计。根据实际考察,总结门机作业流程以及特点,结合门机作业管理要求以及系统的功能要求,设计了系统的总体方案。重点对门机作业量的计算方法,处理器芯片的选型以及作业量数据的存储与传输介质三个方面加以了阐述。2)系统的硬件设计与实现。结合嵌入式应用系统的硬件设计要求,对于门机作业记录装置的各个硬件模块进行了说明,最后对于如何提高系统的抗干扰能力以及PCB的绘制予以了阐述。3)系统的软件设计与实现。采用流行的DSP软件开发环境CCS3.3,对系统的软件进行了设计与实现。主要采用模块化的编程思想,先给出系统的主流程图,然后对系统的各个子功能模块进行设计与实现,最后,对于本系统软件开发的重难点予以了阐述。
[Abstract]:With the development of port internationalization, the traffic volume of bulk cargo terminal is greatly increased. As a central hub, port plays an important role in cargo transportation. Portal crane is the most widely used loading and unloading machinery in our country at present, which brings high efficiency, flexibility, convenience and rapidity to the transportation and production of the port, at the same time, there are many places that need to be improved in the management mode of its operation. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and design an instrument and equipment suitable for the operation data management of gantry cranes in our country. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the research status and existing problems of the door machine monitoring and management system at home and abroad, combined with the mechanical management method of bulk cargo terminal, the embedded technology is used comprehensively. A kind of door crane operation recording device based on DSP is designed. The gate machine operation recording device is mainly based on DSP TMS320F28335 as the core processor, including the minimum system module, signal acquisition and processing module, peripheral module. The specific research contents are as follows: 1) the design of the overall scheme of the system. According to the practical investigation, this paper summarizes the operation flow and characteristics of the door crane, and designs the overall scheme of the system according to the requirements of the door machine operation management and the functional requirements of the system. The calculation method of gate crane operation, the selection of processor chip and the storage and transmission medium of operation data are described in detail. 2) the hardware design and implementation of the system. According to the hardware design requirements of the embedded application system, each hardware module of the door crane job recording device is explained. Finally, how to improve the anti-interference ability of the system and the drawing of PCB are described. 3) the software design and implementation of the system. The popular DSP software development environment CCS3.3, is used to design and implement the system software. This paper mainly adopts the modular programming idea, first gives the mainstream program diagram of the system, and then designs and implements each sub-function module of the system. Finally, it expounds the important and difficult points of the software development of the system.
