绵阳市停车诱导系统模式研究

【摘要】:停车诱导系统作为智能交通系统的重要组成部分,可以解决城市交通拥挤、提高运行效率、改善行车安全、减少空气污染。停车诱导系统建设具有非常重要的理论意义和现实意义,能引导驾驶员安全、快速停车,提高停车时的安全性和便利性。论文在研究国内外停车诱导系统相关理论的基础上,总结了我国停车诱导系统的现有模式,包括系统的结构模式、控制模式、诱导模式,以绵阳核心区域为研究对象,调查研究区域的停车场分布情况和车位数量,总结绵阳市核心区停车管理的现状及存在的问题,并运用相关预测方法进行了绵阳市核心区的停车需求预测。同时也进行了停车诱导信息显示屏的设计和布设。论文通过分析绵阳核心区域的停车需求,预测出至2020年停车需求量为6~6.2万个,从侧面得出绵阳市建设停车诱导系统的必要性;归纳总结出各种模式的优缺点,提出了绵阳市停车诱导系统建设提出总体方案设计和该系统建设的实施方案,为绵阳市核心区静态交通提供了可以选用的方案与对策。
[Abstract]:As an important part of intelligent transportation system, parking guidance system can solve urban traffic congestion, improve operation efficiency, improve driving safety and reduce air pollution. The construction of parking guidance system has very important theoretical and practical significance, which can guide the driver to stop safely, stop quickly and improve the safety and convenience of parking. On the basis of studying the related theories of parking guidance system at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the existing modes of parking guidance system in China, including the structure mode, control mode and induction mode of the system, and takes the core area of Mianyang as the research object. This paper investigates the distribution of parking lot and the number of parking spaces in the study area, summarizes the present situation and existing problems of parking management in the core area of Mianyang City, and forecasts the parking demand in the core area of Mianyang City by using the relevant forecasting methods. At the same time, the design and layout of parking guidance information display screen are also carried out. Based on the analysis of the parking demand in Mianyang core area, this paper forecasts that the parking demand will be 6 ~ 62000 by 2020, and draws the necessity of constructing parking guidance system in Mianyang City from the side. The advantages and disadvantages of various modes are summarized, and the overall scheme design and the implementation scheme of the system construction are put forward for the construction of parking guidance system in Mianyang City, which provides the optional schemes and countermeasures for the static traffic in the core area of Mianyang City.
