珲春市公交线网规划研究

【摘要】:公共交通是城市交通不可或缺的组成部分,是与城市居民生产生活息息相关的重要的公共服务设施,对满足社会公众基本出行需求发挥了重要作用。同时,城市公交的发展水平也是作为现代化城市的一个重要衡量标志,是城市可持续发展的重要保证。随着我国城市的不断进步和发展以及针对城市的战略实施、社会主义新农村建设及农村经济的发展,城市与乡村之间的联系日加紧密,城市与乡村之间的人流交互不管从数量与规模都变大,从而带来城市与乡村的往来客流量增加,城市公交与乡镇班线的线路衔接不畅、重复设置、争抢客流等矛盾不断突显。为解决这些问题,城市公交线网规划逐步向城乡公交一体化方向发展。这为我国目前城市与乡村客运之间存在的问题提出了一种新的思路,并且在全国各地得到越来越为广泛的推广和应用。珲春市近年来进入快速的城市发展阶段,社会经济和人口的快速增长和城市化进程的加快使原有的公交系统突显出诸多问题。需要对珲春市公交网络进行科学合理地规划,整合城市公交和乡镇班线运输资源,优化和调整现有的公交线路,设置公交站场和配套设施,加强城乡公交换乘枢纽的规划建设,从而满足未来年的城乡公交出行需求。本文将以珲春市公交线网规划为主要研究目标,构建公交线网规划的三层规划模型,求解珲春市公交线网布局的最优方案。主要研究内容包括,结合珲春市城市经济及交通发展现状对珲春市公交线网的现状进行剖析,根据居民出行调查数据分析总结居民出行特征,预测未来年珲春市城乡居民公交出行需求,根据客流预测结果,构建公交线网规划的三层规划模型,并采用遗传算法进行模型求解,最终获得珲春市公交线网的最优规划方案。
[Abstract]:Public transport is an indispensable part of urban transportation. It is an important public service facility closely related to the production and life of urban residents. It plays an important role in meeting the basic travel needs of the public. At the same time, the development level of urban public transport is also an important symbol of modern cities and an important guarantee for the sustainable development of cities. With the continuous progress and development of cities in China and the implementation of urban strategy, the construction of new socialist countryside and the development of rural economy, the relationship between cities and villages is getting closer and closer. The interaction between urban and rural people becomes larger from quantity and scale, which leads to the increase of passenger flow between urban and rural areas, the poor connection between urban public transport and township lines, repeated setup, scrambling for passenger flow and other contradictions continue to highlight. In order to solve these problems, the planning of urban public transport network is gradually developing in the direction of urban and rural public transport integration. This puts forward a new idea for the existing problems between urban and rural passenger transport in China, and has been more and more widely popularized and applied in all parts of the country. Hunchun City has entered a stage of rapid urban development in recent years. The rapid growth of social economy and population and the acceleration of urbanization make the original public transport system highlight many problems. It is necessary to plan the public transport network of Hunchun City scientifically and reasonably, integrate the transportation resources of urban public transport and township bus lines, optimize and adjust the existing bus routes, set up bus stations and supporting facilities, and strengthen the planning and construction of urban and rural bus transfer hubs. In order to meet the needs of urban and rural bus travel in the next year. In this paper, taking Hunchun bus network planning as the main research goal, the three-tier planning model of public transport network planning is constructed, and the optimal scheme of Hunchun bus network layout is solved. The main research contents include, combined with the current situation of urban economy and traffic development in Hunchun City, the present situation of Hunchun bus network is analyzed, and the travel characteristics of residents are analyzed and summarized according to the survey data of residents' travel. According to the results of passenger flow prediction, a three-tier planning model of bus network planning is constructed, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, the optimal planning scheme of Hunchun bus network is obtained.
