宁常镇溧高速公路交通轴载对路面性能影响研究

【摘要】:宁常镇溧高速公路自2007年10月通车运营以来,交通量逐年增加,且货车比例不断升高,超载、超限运输现象严重。在交通和环境等因素作用下,路面车辙深度增加,路面破损日趋严重,破损类型有裂缝、坑槽、松散等。因此有必要对宁常镇溧高速公路通车以来的交通量及轴载特征进行系统的分析,了解掌握该高速公路的实际使用状况,分析交通轴载对宁常镇溧高速公路沥青路面性能的影响,从而为该公路的养护管理提供可靠依据。本文在查阅大量国内外相关文献及研究成果的基础上,采用了宁常镇溧高速公路路面管理系统(PMS)的数据进行分析。首先对宁常镇溧高速公路沿线按照互通、枢纽分布特征划分为14个断面,对各断面历史交通量进行统计,结合宁常镇溧的交通组成,分析轴载谱组成和轴载特性。然后,对宁常镇溧高速公路车道系数和轮迹横向分布系数进行分析。因不同类型车辆的行驶特性有着较大的差异,交通量轴载在不同车道上的分布是存在明显差异的。对车道分布系数进行分析,能够确定轴载在各个车道的分布。最后,对宁常镇溧高速公路路面历年检测数据及路面使用性能进行评价,并着重对路面的破损进行分段分车道的统计分析。在此基础上,根据轴载谱参数分布规律、车道分布系数及交通组成,并结合路面结构的影响因素,对宁常及镇溧两条高速各选择一个典型的道路断面进行轴载与路面使用性能的模拟回归分析,得到各方向不同车道裂缝发展模型,并据此总结交通量轴载对路面使用性能的影响。
[Abstract]:Since the opening of Ningchang Town Li Expressway in October 2007, the traffic volume has increased year by year, and the proportion of freight cars has been increasing, overloading and exceeding the limit transportation phenomenon is serious. Under the action of traffic and environment, the rut depth of pavement increases, the pavement damage is becoming more and more serious, and the damage types are cracks, potholes, loose and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to make a systematic analysis of the traffic volume and axle load characteristics of Ningchang Town Li Expressway since it was opened to traffic, to understand and master the actual use of the expressway, and to analyze the influence of traffic axle load on the performance of asphalt pavement of Ningchang Town Li Expressway. Thus, it provides a reliable basis for the maintenance and management of the highway. On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature and research results at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the data of Ningchang Town Li Expressway pavement Management system (PMS). Firstly, according to the interworking and hub distribution characteristics along Ningchang Town Li Expressway, the distribution characteristics of the hub are divided into 14 sections. The historical traffic volume of each section is counted. Combined with the traffic composition of Ningchang Town Li, the axial load spectrum composition and axial load characteristics are analyzed. Then, the lane coefficient and wheel track transverse distribution coefficient of Ningchang Town Li Expressway are analyzed. Because of the great differences in the driving characteristics of different types of vehicles, the distribution of traffic volume axle load in different lanes is obviously different. The analysis of lane distribution coefficient can determine the distribution of shaft load in each lane. Finally, the pavement test data and pavement performance of Ningchang Town Li Expressway over the years are evaluated, and the statistical analysis of pavement breakage is carried out. On this basis, according to the distribution law of axial load spectrum parameters, lane distribution coefficient and traffic composition, and combined with the influencing factors of pavement structure, A typical road section of Ningchang and Zhenli highways is selected for the simulation regression analysis of axial load and pavement performance, and the development models of cracks in different lanes in different directions are obtained. Based on this, the influence of traffic volume axle load on pavement performance is summarized.
