沙漠区沥青混凝土路面横向隆起现象的力学分析

【摘要】:为了研究沙漠区半刚性基层沥青混凝土路面受赋存气候环境影响,由温度应力作用引起路面横向隆起的半刚性基层力学响应,采用弹性薄板理论与复合材料力学理论,依据病害成因将路面横向隆起病害实体抽象简化为由材料性能、厚度不同的两块各向同性单层板所构成的四边简支、承受路面结构层自重的整体式双层板结构,建立半刚性基层发生横向隆起病害的拱胀力学模型。分析了基层结构在路面结构层自重和纵向均布压力作用下的挠度微分方程,并推演了其失稳的临界荷载表达式。结合路面的实际情况,认为路面结构的临界荷载取为(N_x)_(cr)=4π~2D/b~2较为合理;之后利用复合材料力学理论和弹性薄板理论分析并推导了整体式双层板的抗弯刚度表达式及中性轴位置的确定方法。结果表明:在纵向均布压力N_x≥(N_x)_(cr),基层结构将发生失稳破坏。
[Abstract]:In order to study the mechanical response of semi-rigid base asphalt concrete pavement affected by climate environment and lateral uplift caused by temperature stress, elastic thin plate theory and composite mechanics theory are adopted. According to the cause of the disease, the disease entity of pavement transverse uplift is abstracted as a four-sided simple support composed of two isotropic single-story plates with different thickness, which bears the weight of the pavement structure layer, and the integral double-layer plate structure, which is composed of two isotropic monolayers with different thickness, is simply supported on four sides and bears the weight of the pavement structure layer. The arch expansion mechanical model of transverse uplift disease of semi-rigid base is established. The deflection differential equation of base structure under the action of self-weight and longitudinal uniform pressure of pavement structure is analyzed, and the critical load expression of instability is deduced.
