SBS改性沥青在(廊沧)高速公路工程中的应用研究

【摘要】:本文以廊沧高速公路沧州段沥青路面建设工程为依托,为了提高沥青路面的路用性能,对改性沥青的配伍性、剂量及生产施工过程的质量控制做了针对性的试验,通过试验数据的分析研究,得出了符合本高速工程特点的基质沥青、改性剂及改性剂剂量和生产、施工的过程质量控制的关键点。本文的科研成果不仅仅对廊沧高速公路的改性沥青路面质量有指导意义,而且对与本工程有着相同的地理、交通及气候特点的高等级公路也同样有指导意义,同时为改性沥青的进一步研究和应用提供了有效的理论依据及方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the construction project of asphalt pavement in Cangzhou section of Lanchang Expressway, in order to improve the road performance of asphalt pavement, the compatibility, dosage and quality control of modified asphalt are tested in this paper. Through the analysis and study of the test data, the key points of quality control of matrix asphalt, modifier and modifier in accordance with the characteristics of the high speed project are obtained. The scientific research results of this paper are not only of guiding significance to the quality of modified asphalt pavement of Lincang Expressway, but also have guiding significance to the high-grade highway with the same geographical, traffic and climatic characteristics as this project. At the same time, it provides an effective theoretical basis and method for the further research and application of modified asphalt.
