回收沥青混合料温拌再生机理及路用性能研究

【摘要】:再生沥青混合料由温度比较高的新料与加热温度比较低的旧混合料混合而成。回收沥青混合料的温度低或掺入比例大则再生混合料的出料温度低,摊铺后可能造成碾压温度达不到要求,影响压实度的后果。为了解决这一问题可降低回收料比例,或者提高回收料或新料温度,但两种方法均存在不足。在沥青或沥青混合料中加入温拌剂是解决上述问题较好的技术方法之一。论文首先对老化沥青温拌再生机理展开研究,通过室内模拟老化试验,模拟老化沥青+再生剂+温拌剂的再生过程。通过对老化沥青再生过程中沥青组分、化学组成、微观结构及宏观性能变化的研究,分析总结了沥青老化及加温拌剂的再生机理。在室内模拟相关试验分析的基础上,对实际路面回收料中的老化沥青进行试验研究。室内模拟的老化与实际路面的老化存在不同,对回收料中的老化沥青温拌再生过程进行试验分析,并与室内模拟研究成果进行对比,总结完善了老化沥青温拌再生机理。以上述研究和厂拌热再生为基础,对加入温拌剂的厂拌温再生混合料性能进行试验研究。对比了厂拌热再生和温拌再生混合料路用性能的差异。温拌再生混合料的性能能够满足沥青混合料技术性能要求,具有比厂拌热再生混合料更低的拌和温度,温拌剂的加入解决了提高回收料比例或降低加热温度的问题,并且温拌再生混合料具有更好的低温性能。研究成果对温拌再生的实际应用具有指导意义。
[Abstract]:Recycled asphalt mixture is composed of new material with higher temperature and old mixture with low heating temperature. If the temperature of recycled asphalt mixture is low or the proportion of recycled asphalt mixture is large, the discharge temperature of recycled mixture is low, which may cause the rolling temperature to not meet the requirements after paving, which may affect the compaction degree. In order to solve this problem, the proportion of recycled materials can be reduced or the temperature of recycled materials or new materials can be increased, but both methods have shortcomings. Adding warm mixture to asphalt or asphalt mixture is one of the better technical methods to solve the above problems. In this paper, the mechanism of warm mixing and regeneration of aged asphalt is studied, and the regeneration process of warm mixing agent of aging asphalt is simulated by simulated aging test in laboratory. Based on the study of asphalt composition, chemical composition, microstructure and macroscopic properties in the process of asphalt regeneration, the regeneration mechanism of asphalt aging and heating mixture was analyzed and summarized. Based on the experimental analysis of laboratory simulation, the aging asphalt in the actual pavement recovery material is studied. The aging of indoor simulation is different from that of actual pavement. The process of warm mixing and recycling of aged asphalt in recycled materials is tested and analyzed, and the results are compared with the results of indoor simulation, and the mechanism of warm mixing and recycling of aged asphalt is summarized and improved. Based on the above research and the thermal regeneration of plant mixing, the properties of the mixture with warm mixing agent were studied. The differences of road performance between hot and warm mixture were compared. The performance of warm mix recycled mixture can meet the technical performance requirements of asphalt mixture, and has lower mixing temperature than hot recycled mixture in factory mixing. The addition of warm mixing agent solves the problem of increasing the proportion of recycled materials or reducing the heating temperature. And warm mix recycled mixture has better low temperature performance. The research results have guiding significance for the practical application of warm mix regeneration.
