城市快速路施工区通行能力估计模型与施工区长度优化

【摘要】:我国的快速路网和基础设施建设正处于飞速发展时期,快速路上的施工区是比较普遍的。路面上存在施工区会导致通行能力降低,增加交通拥挤和延误,进而增加施工区总成本。为了制定合理的交通管理策略,准确地估计快速路施工区处的通行能力是有必要的,而对施工区的长度进行优化设计是降低施工区总成本的有效途径之一。本文以城市快速路主道上的施工区为研究对象,从估计施工区通行能力和优化施工区长度两个方面开展研究。第一部分,首先在对快速路施工区及其通行能力的概念界定的基础上,通过预调查,制定了快速路施工区通行能力及其影响因素的交通调查方案,并实施调查得到了成都市和郑州市的快速路施工区的13组数据;然后,在以往研究的基础上,考虑三对因素的联合作用对快速路施工区通行能力的影响,采用多元线性回归分析的方法建立了快速路施工区通行能力的估计模型。该模型对“不利用对向车道,单向部分车道封闭施工”类型的施工区均适用。最后的模型评价表明,考虑了三对组合因素的施工区通行能力估计模型的拟合优度更高。第二部分,针对一整条道路需要保养或维修的施工作业类型,对施工区长度进行优化可以有效地节约施工耗费的总成本。在前面的估计施工区处通行能力的基础上,考虑施工区的交通分流措施可能导致附近绕行道路发生排队的情况,建立以施工区长度为自变量的施工区总成本模型。研究的目标是施工区总成本最低,推导出不同情况下的施工区最优长度计算公式。算例分析表明,该模型可以计算出不同情况下的施工区最优长度:有且仅有唯一的施工区长度值使施工区总成本最小;交通分流比例一定时,随着小时交通量增加,施工区最优长度降低,施工区总成本增加;当快速路上到达的交通量较小时,分流比例越小,总成本越低;随着快速路上到达的交通量增大,适当的交通分流对降低总成本也是很有效的。

[Abstract]:The construction of expressway network and infrastructure in China is in a period of rapid development, and the construction area on expressway is more common. The existence of construction area on the road will lead to the reduction of traffic capacity, increase traffic congestion and delay, and then increase the total cost of the construction area. In order to formulate a reasonable traffic management strategy, it is necessary to accurately estimate the capacity of the expressway construction area, and optimizing the length of the construction area is one of the effective ways to reduce the total cost of the construction area. In this paper, the construction area on the main road of urban expressway is taken as the research object, and the estimation of the capacity of the construction area and the optimization of the length of the construction area are studied. In the first part, on the basis of defining the concept of expressway construction area and its traffic capacity, through pre-investigation, the traffic investigation scheme of expressway construction area and its influencing factors is worked out, and 13 groups of data of expressway construction area in Chengdu and Zhengzhou are obtained. Then, on the basis of previous studies, considering the influence of the combined action of three pairs of factors on the capacity of expressway construction area, the estimation model of expressway construction area capacity is established by using the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The model is applicable to the construction area of "no use of opposite lane and closed construction of one-way part of lane". Finally, the evaluation of the model shows that the fitness estimation model of the construction area considering three pairs of combination factors has higher goodness of fit. In the second part, according to the construction operation type of a whole road that needs maintenance or repair, the total cost of construction cost can be effectively saved by optimizing the length of the construction area. On the basis of the previous estimation of the capacity of the construction area, considering that the traffic diversion measures in the construction area may lead to the queuing of nearby bypass roads, a total cost model of the construction area with the length of the construction area as the independent variable is established. The goal of the study is to have the lowest total cost in the construction area, and the formulas for calculating the optimal length of the construction area under different conditions are derived. The example analysis shows that the model can calculate the optimal length of the construction area under different conditions: the total cost of the construction area is minimized by having and only a unique length of the construction area; when the traffic diversion ratio is certain, the optimal length of the construction area decreases and the total cost of the construction area increases with the increase of the traffic volume per hour; when the traffic volume reached on the expressway is small, the smaller the diversion ratio is, the lower the total cost is. With the increase of traffic volume on the expressway, proper traffic diversion is also very effective to reduce the total cost.
