达飞轮船公司发展战略研究

  海运作为国际运输中历史悠久、运输量大以及成本低廉的运输方式,是国际贸易中最主要的运输方式。现阶段国际航运物流的发展随着世界经济一体化的深入已经比较成熟,国际航运市场的竞争日趋激烈,加之近年来欧美经济增长速度放缓,燃油、造船等成本的不断攀升,国际集装箱运输市场出现了整体变冷的趋势。面对不利的市场环境,航运企业的战略转型迫在眉睫,大联盟的整合时代正在到来,全球前二十家班轮公司纷纷寻找伙伴组合战略联盟,CKHY、G6、2M、O3等联盟陆续横空出世。在此背景下,战略管理作为企业提升核心竞争力的重要手段,其肩负着改善企业经营水平,合理提升盈利空间,有效控制经营成本,以及提升产品核心机制的重任。本文以达飞轮船航运公司(以下简称:达飞轮船)为研究对像,通过对本公司的发展现状、战略环境分析,同时结合国际航运市场的行业结构分析,以有效挖掘出企业在发展战略方面的问题,并提出行之有效的发展战略。为战略管理相关领域的实践和研究,提供相对可靠的研究基础。本文研究的内容主要包括以下部分:首先,概述研究背景与意义并对涉及的文献进行综述和理论基础分析,为本文的研究打下基础。其次,探讨达飞轮船发展现状和存在问题。在对公...
