以港口为中心的供应链中断威胁对特马港口供应链的破坏评估

  最近发生的一系列灾难和恐怖主义行为引起了人们对供应链脆弱性的广泛关注。货物通过多种方式在大陆和大洲之间运输,但是运输的稳定性和时效性变得越来越难以评估。然而,海港是连接全球贸易中不可或缺的节点。海事有其复杂的功能并且它关系着现在海运供应链的发展趋势。因此,在陆地与海洋的交互作用中,港口功能,供应链的发展趋势和港口角色都影响着海上供应链中断。加纳港口管理局(GPHA)宣布通过积极追求多样性,以增加货运量和收入。因此,为了实现多元化目标,GPHA必须认识到目前港口在供应链中的整体作用,港口脆弱性会对海上供应链系统产生的多米诺效应,以及对其实现竞争优势和市场反应所做的努力产生的负面影响。然而,拥有可靠运营和管理的港口在确保港口供应链持续性方面将发挥关键作用。因此,本文提出了一个管理模型,旨在协助港口处理供应链中断问题,并降低港口供应链中断产生的威胁。通过文献综述确定了 19个供应链中断点。基于这些数据,建立以港口为中心的中断性事件的解释结构模型(ISM)。本文的目的是识别和理解这些中断性事件之间的相互关系,以及他们如何影响特马港口供应链。同时,本文采用调查问卷研究的方式,从港口工人和使用者的...
