Road Safety Management in Cambodia

  随着国家经济不断地增长,各种运输方式的运输量也逐年增加。注册车辆每年都在增加。因为道路使用者对道路交通法规的认识有限,将引起道路交通事故的原因,道路交通事故的死亡增加了接近两倍。平均而言,每天会有5个人死亡,不计所留下来的孤儿、寡妇和残障人士。除了对人们的直接影响,诸如子孙、兄弟姐妹、父母和朋友的离去,金融和家庭经济损失等因素之外,每年也会造成数百万美金的国家经济损失。如果可以减少道路交通事故,将会节省大量的国家预算。从这个情况可以看出,交通事故对国家的发展造成了巨大的影响。劳动人民,诸如学生,毕业生和公务员等人员都遭遇了伤害、死亡或者致残,造成社会经济力量的巨大损失。因此,为了找出柬埔寨交通事故的主要原因,本研究旨在从道路交通事故和因果关系的角度来确定道路交通安全的现状。提出了一种事故预测模型,来预测在柬埔寨的未来事故情况,利用R软件对观测到的事故历史进行模型参数的标定,并计算出主要道路的事故指标。本文还提出了未来的挑战和一些关键的建议,来改善柬埔寨的道路安全。
