基于模糊AHP-TOPSIS方法的中缅运输路径评价研究

随着经济全球化和区域化进程的快速发展,全球各个领域的产业都在从供应链和物流的优势中寻求效益比较。中国不仅有世界上最大的制造业,而且向其他发展中国家扩大投资。根据“一带一路”倡议的背景,由于缅甸是连接印度洋与中国西南内陆省份的交汇点,因此对于中国的贸易发展来说缅甸有着重要的战略地位。此外,两国的贸易关系随着2010年中国-东盟自由贸易区的建立而不断发展。根据贸易的强烈需求性和集装箱化在货物运输中的重要作用,有效的多式联运路线成为运输中缅贸易货物的必要条件。为了解决这个问题,首先,本文基于文献综述和物流行业专家意见构建了指标评价体系。因此,成本,时间,可靠性,容量,安全性,多式联运模式连接效率,地缘政治和环境被认为是影响多式联运路线效率的主要因素。其次,本文的重点是通过研究从重庆(中国)到仰光(缅甸)的实证案例研究的所有替代方案,分析40英尺高集装箱运输的七条运输路线。下一步是计算标准的权重并根据不同的偏好排列运输路线。模糊层次分析法用于计算标准权重,TOPSIS用于评估问题,其结果显示了多式联运路线的偏好顺序。采用模糊层次分析法和TOPSIS方法,结合定性和定量数据,从物流服务提供商和托...
