700℃超超临界锅炉再热器集箱选材分析

【摘要】:介绍了700℃超超临界锅炉再热器集箱候选的GH984G、HR6W铁镍基合金、617B和740H镍基合金等新材料性能。对选用HR6W、617B、740H大口径管制造的不同外径、不同设计温度的700℃超超临界锅炉再热器集箱进行了分析计算,分析了HR6W、617B、740H大口径管用于700℃超超临界锅炉再热器集箱的适用温度范围,提出了700℃超超临界锅炉各温度段再热器集箱选材建议。
