【摘要】:随着民航旅客运量急速增加,加上航站楼服务设备的不正确管理,值机和安检等区域经常出现旅客排队等候时间过长的现象。这不仅给机场开展运输业务带来了阻碍,也加大了机场的管理成本。为了提高机场服务水平、控制运行成本,有必要对旅客流程中的服务设备管理方式进行探讨。现有的研究多是指定旅客到达分布为正态分布或泊松分布,缺少对航班计划的具体分析。而且针对旅客流程某一个环节中出现的拥堵,通常局限于在该环节找解决方法,并没有前推或后延到相关环节寻找系统解决方案。鉴于此,本文提出了结合航班计划表分析旅客人数分布的理论方法,并基于Anylogic软件建立航站楼旅客流程仿真模型,研究旅客流程协同管理的方案。本文的主要研究内容有:一、综述了国内外的旅客流程仿真、资源指派以及旅客到达分布的研究现状。二、提出了根据离港系统和航班计划表分析旅客到达分布的方法。三、运用排队论和IP理论建立了柜台理论配置模型。四、基于Anylogic软件建立了航站楼旅客出发流程仿真模型,并进行协同管理实验,得出值机和安检柜台的仿真配置方案。对协同管理方案评估表明,该方案能根据旅客人数动态控制柜台的开放,节省了机场的人力资源成本。
[Abstract]:With the civil aviation passenger traffic increased sharply, and not the correct management of terminal equipment service, check-in and security and other areas often appear in the long waiting time of passengers. This not only brings obstacles to the transportation business of the airport, but also increases the management cost of the airport. In order to improve the service level of the airport and control the operation cost, it is necessary to discuss the management mode of the service equipment in the passenger flow. Most of the existing research is that the assigned passenger arrival distribution is normal distribution or Poisson distribution, and there is no specific analysis of the flight plan. And congestion is a part of the process of passenger flow, which is usually limited to finding solutions in this link. It has not pushed forward or postponed to relevant links to find system solutions. In view of this, this paper puts forward the theory and method of analyzing the number of passengers based on the flight schedule, and builds the simulation model of passenger flow based on Anylogic software, and studies the program of collaborative management of passenger flow. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, it summarizes the research status of passenger flow simulation, resource assignment and passenger arrival distribution at home and abroad. Two, the method of analyzing passenger arrival distribution according to the port system and the flight schedule is put forward. Three. Using the queuing theory and IP theory, the model of the counter theory configuration is set up. Four, based on the Anylogic software to establish the simulation model of the terminal passenger flow, and collaborative management experiments, simulation scheme and security check-in counter that. The evaluation of cooperative management scheme shows that the scheme can open the dynamic control counter to the number of passengers and save the cost of the human resources of the airport.
