【摘要】:天线近场测试仪将是“载人航天”、“探月工程”、“二代导航”等重点工程项目中天线系统研发、试验、生产过程中不可替代的重要仪器。天线近场测试仪一般由一些通用仪表和专用控制设备组成。目前我们的测试系统主要依赖进口,其设备经费是相当昂贵的。如果能够自行研制出高性能的天线近场测试仪,既可以节省大量的实验经费及外汇,又可以产生巨大的经济效益。同时可以实现自主创新。天线近场测试仪系统总控软件作为近场测试仪所有功能的最终体现,是整个仪器开发技术中的核心。天线近场测试仪系统总控软件集顶层控制、任务调度等用途于一体,允许用户通过强大的人机交互接口来灵活制定测试策略,并能按照用户意图智能分配、精准调度各项测试任务,控制测试仪硬件模块和被测天线同步工作,最终实现近场测试数据的高速采集记录、高精度运算分析并对天线性能进行综合验证评估。因此,研制一套技术先进、功能强大的天线近场测试软件对于天线近场测试迫切需要,从而应对测试中面临的各种挑战。整个天线近场测试系统由高精度三维采样模块、超宽带微波模块、天线近场测试系统总控软件和数据分析软件组成。天线近场测试系统总控软件是根据某研究所承担的国家大型仪器仪表项目的总体功能需求而设计的,系统总控软件包括高精度三维采样模块单独工作模块、超宽带微波模块单独工作模块、高精度三维采样模块和超宽带微波模块整体联动工作模块。天线近场测试系统总控软件采用面向对象的C#(C-Sharp)语言来设计各个功能模块,软件在整体设计过程中采用了智能容错技术、操作自锁和多线程技术。目前,软件1.0版本的研制已经完成,已成功实现该软件与天线近场测试仪原理样机的联试,并通过了天线近场测试仪项目的评估。
[Abstract]:The antenna near-field tester will be an important instrument in the key projects of manned spaceflight, lunar exploration project and the two generation navigation. The antenna near field tester is usually made up of some general instrument and special control equipment. At present, our test system is mainly dependent on import, and its equipment is very expensive. If we can develop a high performance antenna near field tester, we can not only save a lot of experimental funds and foreign exchange, but also produce huge economic benefits. At the same time, we can realize independent innovation. The total control software of the antenna near field tester system is the ultimate embodiment of all the functions of the near field tester, and it is the core of the whole instrument development technology. The total control of near field test system software set top antenna control, task scheduling and other purposes in one, allowing the user to flexibly make test strategies through man-machine interface and powerful, and in accordance with the intention of the user, the test precision intelligent distribution scheduling tasks, hardware module and the measured antenna synchronization control instrument, finally realize the past field test data acquisition and recording, high precision operational analysis and comprehensive verification of the antenna performance evaluation. Therefore, developing a set of advanced and powerful antenna near field testing software is urgently needed for antenna near-field test, so as to cope with the challenges faced in the test. The whole antenna near-field test system is composed of high-precision 3D sampling module, ultra wideband microwave module, antenna near field test system master control software and data analysis software. The total control of antenna near field measurement system software is designed according to the functional requirements of national large-scale instrumentation project of a Research Institute of the overall system control software, including high precision three-dimensional sampling module working alone module, ultra wideband microwave module own module, sampling module and high precision 3D UWB microwave module overall linkage module. The general control software of antenna near-field test system is designed by object oriented C# (C-Sharp) language, and each functional module is designed. In the process of software design, intelligent fault tolerance, operation self locking and multithreading technology are adopted. At present, the development of software version 1 has been completed. The software has been successfully tested with the prototype of the antenna near-field tester, and has passed the evaluation of the antenna near-field tester.
