【摘要】:临近空间飞行器是新世纪以来各个航空航天发达国家竞相开展研究的一个热点,区别于其他无人机,它拥有高空高超声速飞行性能。随着投入的不断加大,临近空间飞行器的技术日渐完善,未来将有更大的应用前景。它具有可重复使用、运输成本低、准备时间短、可适应多重任务等优点,将有机会替代过去的航天运载工具。实现水平着陆的可重复使用飞行器是临近空间飞行器计划的重要发展方向。不同于其他的飞行器的工作环境,对临近空间飞行器的着陆装置提出了新的要求。因此,研究临近空间飞行器的着陆装置具有重要的意义。本论文在对现有临近空间飞行器的着陆方式进行分析和整理的基础上,以某临近空间飞行器起落架为设计对象,针对该型飞行器自身特点,设计了一套适用于该型飞行器的起落架总体方案。对比分析了临近空间飞行器着陆装置的特点,具体结合飞行器的技术要求和总体参数,提出该飞行器的着陆装置总体方案。开展了飞行器着陆装置布局设计,基于工程设计方法设计了着陆装置,考虑了总体布局对飞行器着陆装置的影响;构建了着陆装置的三维模型,应用HyperMesh对其加以有限元网格划分,完成了静强度分析;基于LMS Virtual.Lab建立着陆装置动力学分析模型,实现了着陆装置的运动学和动力学仿真;在Isight设计优化平台中,针对起落架布局参数构建了目标函数,利用优化算法得到了最优起落架总体布局。以降低缓冲器载荷为目标对摇臂式前起落架构型进行了优化;基于OptiStruct以变密度法对前起落架得到支柱结构进行了拓扑优化,实现了起落架结构部件的减重。
[Abstract]:Near space vehicle is a hot topic in various developed countries since the beginning of the new century. It is different from other UAVs. It has high altitude hypersonic flight performance. With the increasing investment, the technology approaching the space vehicle is becoming more and more perfect, and there will be a greater prospect in the future. It has the advantages of reusable, low transportation cost, short preparation time and multiple tasks. It will have the opportunity to replace the past space vehicle. Reusable aircraft for horizontal landing is an important development direction for the plan of near space vehicle. Different from the working environment of other aircraft, new requirements are put forward for the landing device of the spacecraft near the space. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the landing device of the adjacent space vehicle. Based on the analysis and arrangement of the landing modes of existing near space vehicles, a landing gear design for a near space vehicle is designed, aiming at the characteristics of the aircraft. The characteristics of the near space vehicle landing device are compared and analyzed. Combined with the technical requirements and overall parameters of the aircraft, the overall scheme of the landing device is put forward. The aircraft landing gear layout design, engineering design method based on the landing gear design, considering the impact of the overall layout of aircraft landing gear; to build the three-dimensional model of the landing device, the application of HyperMesh to finite element mesh, the static strength analysis; LMS Virtual.Lab establish landing gear dynamics analysis model based on the realization of the kinematics and dynamics simulation of landing gear; in the optimization design of Isight platform, the landing gear layout parameter to construct the objective function, the optimization algorithm to get the optimal layout of landing gear. In order to reduce the load of the bumper, the rocker front landing gear is optimized. Based on OptiStruct, the topology optimization of the undercarriage is carried out by variable density method, and the weight loss of the landing gear is achieved.
