【摘要】:随着经济全球化不断发展,我国航空客货运量大幅提升,国内航空运输企业之问的竞争、国内航空运输产业与国外航空运输业之间的竞争进一步加剧。这种竞争不仅体现在运营模式的创新上,也体现在运营成本的控制上。我国航空运输业依托巨大的市场体量,在市场化转型的过程中初步完成了航线网络布局,产业竞争机制及运营规范基本形成,但与国外同行相比仍存在较大差距。在保证航空运输服务质量与水平前提下,通过管理模式的创新与运营成本的优化来提升企业竞争力与盈利能力,已成为企业界与学术界研究探讨的热点问题。 在航空运输业通过模式创新实现降本增效的探索中,控制库存成本与提升航材备件周转率成为行之有效的突破点。航空企业通过储备大量的航材备件以及修建维修机库,来实现飞机常规备件运维与故障件更换,但航材普遍存在需求随机不确定、库存网点分散且整体库存网络复杂的特性。虚拟库存管理是基于分布式库存共享优化而衍生的新理论,适合解决航材备件库存层级多、参与主体角多、备件需求类型多的库存共享优化问题,并且其扁平化的松散结构适合航材备件多主体的业务模式构建。 本文将虚拟库存管理理论应用于航材备件库存管理优化,提出了基于虚拟库存管理的航材备件共享业务模式,设计了相应的业务流程,并分析了该模式的推广优势。随后,基于排队论及METRIC模型,构建了基于虚拟库存管理的航材备件库存共享的METRIC改进模型,该模型在不同系统服务水平下,以保障备件供应率为约束,建立备件库存网络总体成本最小为优化目标。最后,结合备件服务企业z的案例,通过数值迭代计算出系统关键参数,通过PSO算法与MATLAB程序,计算出共享与不共享两种模型的系统总成本并进行对比分析,验证航材备件库存共享业务模式的有效性与成本控制的优势。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economic globalization, China's aviation freight volume increases, domestic air transport enterprises asked the competition between domestic and foreign aviation industry aviation industry competition intensified. This competition is not only reflected in the innovation of business mode, is also reflected in the control of operating costs. China's aviation industry relying on a huge volume market, in the process of market transformation in the initial completion of the route network layout, industry competition mechanism and operation of the basic norms of the formation, but compared with foreign counterparts, there is still a wide gap. In the guarantee and the level of air transportation service quality under the premise, through the optimization of innovation and operation mode of cost management to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and the profitability of enterprises has become a field of academic research and discussion of hot issues.
In the air transport industry through the mode of innovation to explore the cost reduction, control inventory cost and improve spare parts turnover breakthrough has been effective. Aviation enterprises through a large reserve of spare parts and building maintenance hangar, maintenance and spare parts to achieve the conventional fault aircraft parts, but the material exists not random demand sure, the characteristics of inventory outlets scattered and overall inventory of complex network. Virtual inventory management is a new theory derived distributed inventory optimization based on sharing, suitable for spare parts inventory in the main level, multi angle, multi types of spare parts demand inventory sharing optimization problem, construct the business model and a loose structure of the flat for Airlines spare parts multi subject.
In this paper, the application of virtual inventory management theory in the spare parts inventory management optimization, this paper proposes a shared business model of spare parts based on virtual inventory management, design the corresponding business process, and analyzes the mode to promote the advantages of queuing theory and METRIC model. Then, based on the construction of the improved model of virtual inventory management of spare parts inventory sharing based on METRIC, the model in the service level under different system, in order to ensure the supply of spare parts for the rate constraints, the establishment of minimum overall cost of spare parts inventory network optimization. Finally, combined with the spare parts service enterprises in the case of Z, calculated by the numerical iteration the key parameters of the system, through the PSO algorithm and MATLAB program, calculate the share and do not share the two models of the total cost of the system and comparative analysis, verification of spare parts inventory sharing business model effectiveness and cost control advantages.
