【摘要】:目前地面的自动检测装置被广泛应用在航空航天事业中,在飞行器发射过程中,数据存储器负责存储飞行器上各类传感器所产生的参数信息,而地面的检测装置对测试存储器的各种性能参数起到了至关重要的作用,因此,自动检测装置的研制对于航天事业来说是一个大的突破。 本文所设计的地面综合检测设备主要是针对飞行器上数据存储器而言的,在对存储器进行实际应用前,需要对存储器进行大量实验,以确保存储器的各项性能指标都满足要求。在单元检测时,遥测控制台需要向存储器提供一路信号源,同时还需要向存储器发送各种指令信号,方便对存储器进行各种测试。通过对数据传输特点进行分析,本文选用RS-422异步串行的方式对数据进行近距离传输,选用光纤实现本文的5KM距离的远程传输。 本论文设计了备用口读数模块,,主要是针对飞行器发射后,利用此备用口对存储器残骸进行读数。以往的检测装置都是测试台和工控机单独放置,在测试现场不便移动;本文中将键盘鼠标、工控机、遥测控制台和电源箱都统一的放置在机柜中,提高了检测装置的便易性。 通过后期大量的实验证明,本文所设计的检测设备性能稳定,能够可靠的完成对数据存储器的测试工作,并能够可靠对数据进行回读,通过上位机对这些数据进行处理和分析,对研究人员有很大的参考价值。
[Abstract]:The ground automatic detection device is widely used in the aerospace industry, the aircraft launch process, parameter information generated by all kinds of sensor data memory for storage on the aircraft, and the various performance parameters of the ground testing device of testing memory plays a crucial role in the development of the automatic detection device is a a major breakthrough for the aerospace industry.
Ground testing equipment designed in this paper is mainly on the aircraft data memory, in the practical application of memory, the need for a large number of experiments on the memory, in order to ensure the performance indicators meet the requirements. In the memory unit detection, remote sensing provides a signal source console to the memory, but also need to send a command signal to the memory, facilitate various tests of memory. Through analyzing the data transmission characteristics analysis, this paper chooses RS-422 asynchronous serial way of data transmission distance, the selection of optical fiber to realize the remote transmission distance of 5KM.
This thesis designs the spare port reading module, mainly for aircraft after the launch, the export of spare memory debris readings. The former detecting devices are tested and IPC separately placed in the test site, the inconvenience of moving; this paper keyboard and mouse, IPC, remote console and power box are placed in uniform in the cabinet, improve the detection device is easy.
The experiments show that the detection performance of equipment designed in this paper is stable, can complete the testing of reliable data storage, and the data can be reliably read back, processing and analysis of these data by computer, has great reference value for the researchers.
