某型舱段三轴振动夹具的频响分析与结构优化设计

【摘要】:随着环境振动试验的发展和实际使用要求的提高,振动试件在相互垂直的X、Y、Z三个方向需要同时承受振动环境的影响。试验夹具的结构设计、制作和安装使用作为振动试验时至关重要的部分,会影响试验的成败和试验结果的可靠性。本论文针对某型舱段的三轴振动夹具,通过对夹具设计相关问题的深入研究,并利用有限元分析软件,来模拟振动环境进行试验仿真分析。首先,阐述了结构动力学的基础理论知识,简要叙述了ANSYS Workbench软件的主要特点及分析步骤;通过模态分析算例、随机振动分析算例和ANSYS Workbench的结构优化算例熟悉并掌握软件仿真分析的功能及基本流程,为振动夹具的有限元仿真分析提供理论依据。其次,针对振动试验夹具,阐述了其国内外的研究发展及现状,进一步探究了夹具设计标准及典型振动夹具的设计方法与步骤;针对给定的舱段模型和项目要求,利用Pro/E三维建模软件,初步设计出三轴振动夹具模型。再次,提出改进方案,并对结构改进后的三轴振动夹具模型进行频响分析,研究其固有频率及随机振动响应的结果;参照相应的夹具设计标准,利用结构优化设计进一步完善三轴振动夹具模型。最后,分析优化设计后的三轴振动夹具模型对整体模型系统振动性能的影响,研究其频响分析结果,确保夹具能将三轴振动特性有效地传递,从而验证三轴振动夹具设计的合理性及有效性。
[Abstract]:With the development of the environmental vibration test and the improvement of the practical application requirements, the vibration specimen needs to bear the influence of the vibration environment simultaneously in the three directions of mutual perpendicular to each other, and the structural design of the test fixture. Making and installing as a vital part of vibration test will affect the success or failure of the test and the reliability of the test results. Through the in-depth study of fixture design related problems, and the use of finite element analysis software to simulate the vibration environment for experimental simulation. Firstly, the basic theoretical knowledge of structural dynamics is expounded. The main features and analysis steps of ANSYS Workbench software are briefly described. Through modal analysis example, random vibration analysis example and ANSYS Workbench structure optimization example, we are familiar with and master the function and basic flow of software simulation analysis. It provides a theoretical basis for finite element simulation analysis of vibration jigs. Secondly, the research development and current situation of vibration jigs at home and abroad are described. The standard of fixture design and the design method and steps of typical vibration fixture are discussed. According to the given module model and project requirements, using Pro/E three-dimensional modeling software, the triaxial vibration fixture model is designed. Thirdly, the improvement scheme is proposed. The frequency response of the improved triaxial vibration fixture model is analyzed, and the results of the natural frequency and random vibration response are studied. According to the corresponding fixture design standards, the structural optimization design is used to further improve the triaxial vibration fixture model. Finally, the effect of the triaxial vibration fixture model on the vibration performance of the whole model system is analyzed. The results of frequency response analysis are studied to ensure that the triaxial vibration characteristics can be transmitted effectively, and the rationality and validity of the triaxial vibration fixture design are verified.
